Iberostar Paraiso Beach

Excellent property! Golf course was in excellent condition! All around the best place I have stayed when visiting!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is huge with a lot of walking around to do, and a lot of activities to choose from. However when the temperatures are high in Cancun the pool water becomes very hot, and it’s not enjoyable to swim in at all. Also you cannot swim in the beach due to the seaweed

The staff were all kind, respectful and very attentive to me and my family. I felt right at home and felt safe at this resort! Definitely will be returning with a larger group next time

Went here with my friendly, I absolutely loved how tropical it was. The atmosphere, dinning, activities and the food stood out the most for me. One thing I would say the nightly performance needed a little bit more variation but apart from that highly recommend

Overall, the experience fell short of expectations. The service was underwhelming, and the food left much to be desired. One major disappointment was the pool hours—they close at 7 wPM, which significantly limits evening entertainment. While the resort offers trolley service for transportation, the trolleys were consistently full, leaving us to walk long distances around what is a very large property. This was a beautiful resort. We got to see so much wildlife. One thing that should have been better is the AC—our room was never the correct temperature despite multiple service requests. The main buffet leaves a bit to be desired but the restaurant options for dinner were all impressive. The French restaurant was my favorite!
