The facilities in the room are a bit old
The dehumidification was not done well and the quilt was damp.

Everything was awesome, the rooms were always clean and the room service, both for the room and for food delivery, was the best. Osazuna and Angelo were particularly great for the activities. Additionally, Hugo provides some of the best poolside drink and food delivery there could be.

Best All Inclusive we have been too. The staff was amazing and the resort itself has everything. The attention to detail was unmatched making our stay so memorable and comfortable. We will return!

The property was amazing. A lil old school more of a royal touch. Amazing food and cocktails. You just think of something and the staff will go above and beyond to get it for you.

We loved the property and the size. Entertainment was ok and food so-so. We did like Spice, Agave, and the French restaurant (although expect min 2 hours)

Absolutely my favourite resort ,
We have visited this resort repeatedly over the years :-)
The Excellence consistently attracts and caters to a more mature, kind, considerate and respectful clientele base.
A very nice change from the typical all inclusive resort filled with drunken obnoxious party animals and various other open mouth breathing degenerates .

Great place to stay. You can be in the pool bar or relax in a quieter area by the lazy river. Staff is friendly and the food is great.
