Amazing property very relaxed and amazing well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the room and the balcony.

Great experience from beginning to end. We were picked up from the airport by Mario and he helped us with our luggage. It was about a 30 minute ride to the hotel, but we talked to him the entire time. He is a great guy.
Caren was our personal concierge and she helped us plan out our stay. Thanks to her, we went on an amazing snorkling tour.
Lo mejor de todo es que tenian albercas para los adultos, los niños, y familias. Nos hicimos amigos de unos 3 bartenders y eran los mejores.
Todos los empleados eran muy buenos.
Esperamos regresar algun dia.

The property is excellently located at the convenient location near the airport and in the center of all the activities Cancún have to offer. I had the best margaritas and shrimp tacos. The hospitality from the staff is like Hollywood. The food is delicious and a wide varieties to choose from. There’s different activities to do everyday.

Surprisingly lovely!
Although the property is a little dated, the spaciousness of the rooms and the kindness of service is really very impressive. It’s almost exactly like a Disney world hotel, and I mean that in the best way.

Almost perfect
We stayed 3 nights, the property very nice and quiete, very modest unlike other all inclusive resorts
Beach somtimes had seaweeds, room very nice oceanfront suite, very nice and clean.
One thing that in my opinion has to change, is everthing related to food, there are 2 restaurants , and 1 snack bar and room service
At the check in day, there was only buffet for dinner (no a la carte) and the buffet was midiocre. I would expect to have at least 1 restaurant which is a la carte in the evening
For lunch there is only 1 restaurant , and the menu is the same for lunch
Also the menu in snack bar is the same as the room service
This should change, especially this isnt low price resort , we expect to have more option in that area
We did share our thoughts with the managers and they did tried to make this better, this shows that they care about the guests , and we are appreciate that
