This resort is amazing. Staff is great and will accommodate all your needs. The food was better than any other resort I have stayed at. Lesly at the Marina pool is the best, we had a lot of fun doing water aerobics and crazy hour. Wait staff is very efficient and works very hard to make things perfect.

Overall, the hotel is at a good level, with decent food, friendly staff, and a decent selection of restaurants. However, it wasn’t without its downsides — in the last two days of our stay, it was a complete nightmare: no internet coverage, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, there were power outages, they were running on a generator, and the air conditioners didn’t work. Just terrible. But overall, I would rate it 6 out of 10.

If I were to ever consider returning to a place I’ve visited, it would be Ventus—for the wonderful food, the variety of restaurants, the beautiful outdoor spaces and cleanliness, the gorgeous pools, and the convenient transportation between resorts. The only thing that brought its rating down was the ocean, which wasn’t in its favor.
