La habitación horrible con mucha humedad, las cortinas sucias, la cama estaba rota, podía verse la inclinación para un lado, el lugar tenia mal olor, muebles en mal estado, nos cobraron la noche mas $20.000 aparte de garantía!!! no aguantamos mas de 2 minutos y pese al reclamo no tuvimos reembolso del dinero. La peor experiencia por 67.000 !!!!! La noche!!

(+) Ubicación cercana al centro de la ciudad Estacionamiento en el hospedaje Buena predisposición del personal a cargo ,tanto en turno mañana como en turno tarde. Limpieza diaria. Al lado hay un supermercado donde abastecerse (-) El WiFi no funciona Las instalaciones de los departamentos están descuidadas,muebles en mal estado, sábanas,frazadas usadísimas. Solo entregan una toalla de baño por depto, no hay toalla de mano. Durante la 1* noche escuchamos gritos de un individuo durante más de 40' (aparentemente había contratado un servicio sexual,aunque recepción nos dijo que había tenido "un ataque de epilepsia") Ante la queja no se volvió a repetir la situación. Al estar ubicado en una colina hay vista a la ciudad, que no se disfruta plenamente por la suciedad de los vidrios

Nos quedamos en el final, departamentos el 4 para ser exactos la entrar el olor a cigarro y humedad horrible, estaba limpio por encima y Lo peor es que le arriendan a gente para carretear y tenían ruido 3 departamentos con venezolanos que estaban con música y ruido hasta las 5.30 am, así que si quiere pasear o turistear incluso de trabajo como nosotros NO LO RECOMIENDO.

El servicio lo considero muy bueno. En cuanto a limpieza de la cabaña es también muy bueno, además de contar con todo lo necesario para cocinar Tienen cambio de toallas, sábanas y útiles de aseo. La ubicación está excelente ya que están al lado del supermercado líder. Los precios bastante accesible y la atención de recepción son las 24 horas.

Excelente lugar y ubicación central de Puerto Montt buena atención de recepción y mucamas Departamentos cabañas y habitaciones impecables te las muestran cuando van varias personas para que escojas lo que les acomoda sábanas limpias Estacionamiento gratis

Exelente atención. Muy amables y la limpieza nada k decir.. Lugar accesible a locomoción y un supermercado al lado nada mejor k eso... Gracias por la estadía fueron unos días maravilloso.. 100 por cierto recomendable
