There was construction going on throughout our stay. It was hammered and sawn. The entire facility was dirty and was not cleaned. The restaurant & bar area was not accessible due to the construction work. We felt out of place. Wifi was not available and I had hair in the food and dead flies in my juice at every breakfast. The kitchen prepares good food, but has nothing for vegetarians. Toilet paper wasn't refilled when the room was "cleaned" and the "new" sheets were stained.

The hotel is located near the Tambopata River. If you want to be in the middle of nature and away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place. Although you won't hear the noise of the street, cars, etc., you can hear the different sounds of birds, monkeys... It has a trail that takes about an hour and a quarter, which leaves and returns to the establishment itself. You can do it on your own and see a multitude of vegetation, birds and even wild boars. Mosquitoes, an unavoidable constant in the area. The rooms have mosquito nets, a fan, hot water, towels, soaps... In the room, being careful not to leave the door open, mosquitoes do not enter. The staff is very, very friendly. They resolve any questions that arise and inform you about options for activities to do. If you wish, they themselves organize transfers to the airport and tours. The food is exquisite. They have a menu with dishes from the area. They make it on the fly, which is appreciated and noticeable in the final result. They take into consideration certain food conditions (please notify them before staying). In the common area there is a pool table, table football, ping-pong, goal posts...

Nous avons séjourné à La Habana en famille et nous avons vraiment aimé notre expérience! Bien que l’emplacement soit assez loin de la ville, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de l’endroit et l’hospitalité de Herbert. Assurez-vous d’acheter de l’eau et des collations en ville. Je recommande!!

El peor atención de cliente nunca! El dueño es muy amargo, ni saluda. Estuvimos 7 personas, 4 dias. 1 dia sin luz sin agua sin conexión. Area de piscina en construcción, ruinos molestos. Tirolesa no se podia usar. Comida feo, nos dio diarrea los que comieron piqueo habana. Esta muy lejos, hay mejores lugares cerca. No recomiendo para nada.

Malgré une réservation faite avec ********** en mai dernier et somme débitée, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de voir que cet hôtel ne voulait pas de nous ! La veille de notre arrivée, nous avons vérifier les commentaires et oh surprise ils n'étaient pas bons du tout. On a essayé de les appeler et ils n'ont répondu que le matin de notre arrivée. Sympa! Et en plus pour nous dire qu'ils n'avaient pas notre réservation et surtout ne voulaient plus passer par ce site . Si on venait il fallait que l'on paye ! Et en espèces. Et pour finir ils nous ont dit carrément qu'ils ne voulaient pas de nous en clients !! Après au moins 2h au téléphone, et pour info on appelait du Pérou !! avec le site , nous avons obtenu le remboursement et avons trouvé un autre lodge. Avec pension complète, lodge au top et surtout un accueil chaleureux ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement
