We stayed 4 nights during our peninsula Valdez excursions. Unfortunately we booked a room with sea view not expecting a insufficient insulation. The traffic and partying people with hammering loud music until morning hours just across the road did not allow for a good rest at night. The hotel wa fully booked and we could not change the room but had to cope with it. Due to the construction of the hotel - the breakfast / cafeteria room was in sort of a patio without ceiling - the noise of people and the kitchen staff could be heard on all floors! This is definitely not a hotel to relax or enjoy a good nights sleep! The advantage is that it is near restaurants, shops and the "boardwalk". The room was clean, the shower at times lacked hot water and the service ok.

The very nice, accommodating staff definitely made things better during our stay. For example, when the scrambled eggs were cold at breakfast, they heated them up for us . When it was impossible to get our normal-sized car into the parking spot we were given in the small parking garage, the very nice guys at the front desk gave us a better spot. We had a beautiful ocean view from our room!

La atención de todos en el.hotel, super limpio, prolijo, excelente ubicación, el.desayuno con muchísima variedad, comida sin tacc y para Veganos. Esta ubicado en pleno centro sobre la costanera, si piden habitación con vista al mar es ideal , porque pudimos ver todos los días ballenas desde la ventana

Pasamos unos días hermosos y súper cómodos en el Hotel Piren. La ubicación del mismo es excelente, en pleno centro de la ciudad, frente a la costa; nosotros puntualmente teníamos vista al mar y era increíble, nos despertamos viendo ballenas!!. La atención de todo el staff fue sobresaliente, todos atentos y muy amables ante cualquier inquietud o solicitud que tuvimos. La limpieza del lugar bárbara, el desayuno variado y exquisito, la pastelera y todos los chicos de la cafeteria para aplaudirlos. Destaco también la ambientación del lugar con las obras de una artista local que no tienen desperdicio.

Luego de una búsqueda, nos quedamos con este hotel. El cual cumplió con nuestra expectativas. Pasamos dos noches. La atención ya desde el inicio hay una empatía hacia el cliente. Hotel bien cuidado. Habitación estándar con vista al golfo cómodas para un descanso luego de conocer el doradillo avistaje de ballenas, , caminata hasta el indio, península de Valdés , ….El desayuno con medias lunas calientes, sándwiches de jamón y queso, huevos revueltos, yogur jugos café con leche, variedad de dulces con elaboración propia , ensalada fruta. Volveríamos….

Un hôtel que nous n'avons pu tester mais je souhaite relater l'écoute et l'élégance de notre interlocuteur Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour une nuit en octobre 2024. Notre vol Buenos Aires Puerto Madryn a été annulé très tard en fin de journée et nous sommes restés à Buenos Aires Malgré cela,nos 2 nuits à l'hôtel Piren n'ont pas été facturées

La habitación muy cómoda, el baño impecable, el desayuno increíble productos frescos y muy variado y rico. El personal muy amable. El valor nos pareció adecuado y razonable. La pileta y spa muy cómodos. Limpiaban la habitación todo los fias. Fuimos del 311/24 al 6/11/24 Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Muy lindo hotel excelente ubicacion, te moves caminando para todos lados. Si pagas mas por una vista al mar recien a partir del piso 3 se ve. Yo estuve en el 2 y estaba en la copa de los arboles...me lo tendrian que haber dicho. Tienen un buen desayuno y fueron tods super amables

El hotel está a dos cuadras del centro de Madryn frente al mar. Ubicación excepcional. Nosotros pedimos una habitación cuádruple y nos dieron un muy buen departamento interno de 50 m2. Bastante nuevo, el baño necesitana un poquito de mantenimiento. El hotel posee un spa: sauna muy bueno, piscina climatizada estaba fuera de servicio y el gym es mediocre como el de la mayoría de los hoteles. El desayuno es bestial. Muchos de los panificados son de elaboración propia. Se ofrece una carta reducida de room service. El staff es muy cordial. El estacionamiento es amplio. El precio es adecuado al servicio ofrecido.
