This hotel is awesome, not only dit it have a breakfast included with my room but it also has a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi plus it loans bicycles with lock and helmet We enjoyed the sunrise, but make sure you get a room facing the gulf I recommend this location

This hotel is a gem and exactly what you want for a family beach trip. Lovely and helpful staff, great location, a tasty free breakfast, and an indoor pool with a lifeguard. The rooms are a little run down but very clean and spacious. We would absolutely stay again.

Lovely clean hotel with views over the beach. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were amazing with a large choice of fruit, meat, pastries and cereals. The swimming pool was very hot though and the hot tub cool! Good to have a fridge in the room too.

Puerto de Madryn is an Argentine city on the coast of the northern part of Patagonia. Its sandy beaches and its coastal promenade full of restaurants look towards the bay of the Golfo Nuevo ….i had a good experience we would like to came again. Si a beautiful place for relax .

Hotel offers the best breakfast among our seven stays in Argentina. Unfortunately, the hot water system broke down on our third night. They did offer to pay for the taxi ride to Trelew airport. Puerto Tombo to see penguins up close and personal is a must do. Peninsular Valdes is a long tiring 2 hours plus ride each way, half of which is on rough dusty gravel roads. Penguins are a handful only. Right whales are too far way. Elephants seals are 70 to 100 yards away. Bring your powerful binoculars indeed. Don’t base yourself at Punta Piramides as some guidebooks suggest. You will be at the whale boats launch village with no shopping, couple of eateries, and nothing else.

Really enjoyed our experience at the hotel. Perfect location with lots nearby to do. Located right in front of the pier. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to provide advice on activities etc. The hotel is slightly dated, but very clean and kept well. I did find the room a bit noisy from others in the hallway and I found the quality of internet to be poor.

The room was not clean, with flies and a lot of dust in the rooms, We found human hear in the sink, The sheets were not clean and stinky - It seems as if they weren't change . The service was bad as well and the reception workers incompetent
