The room provides spaciousness, a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and a good bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The staff is praised for their excellent and friendly service, arranging tours, and timely assistance.

Certainly not the most attractive hotel from the outside, and a very long way out of the main town for decent restaurants - needed a cab. Inside, the hotel is attractively furnished, but the building is very long and thin. The ceiling leaked in the corridor in two places and was not cleared up. Our room was very clean, with large bathroom and comfortable beds, but there were no tea of coffee making facilities and charges were made for any that we collected and brought to the room ourselves from the bar. Breakfast was adequate but the restaurant for dinner was very limited indeed. Staff were very friendly.

It’s a nicely designed hotel: a modern feel, lots of wood and polished concrete, nicely laid out. The breakfast room has large windows and great views across the bay. Bizarrely, so did my bathroom: definitely one for an exhibitionist. (There was a blind.) My room was bright and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the pillows some of the best I had on this trip. The place could do with a bit of TLC. My bath towel had a hole in it. The top of the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for months - if ever - although the hotel generally felt and smelt clean. My door was stiff and the lock kept failing, requiring a couple of trips to the reception desk. The restaurant/bar is also a bit of an issue. In fairness, they don’t describe it as a restaurant, but they do serve food in the evenings, which is useful given that the hotel is about 20-30 minutes from most of the town’s restaurants. There are only 4 tables set up for dining and you have to make a reservation to use one. I could have eaten at a less suitable table without a reservation. I went back to my room to decide whether to go out and found the dining tables still empty when I came back 30 minutes later. I was allowed one then. Perhaps if I spoke Spanish I’d understand the system? It was the only hotel I stayed in with no complementary drinking water. That would be an easy improvement to make. Managing the hotel’s idiosyncrasies are some friendly and likeable staff.

Very nice boutique hotel. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, a bit too far to walk to town. Rooms very large and well appointed, very large beautiful bathroom. Nice breakfast. We only stayed one night but wish we had longer. Town is a typical beach town.

Spacious rooms, very clean. Private car park. Good breakfast. View in the sea. Very good service at the reception. Very helpful to book a restaurant although we arrived late. Very helpful wheb we left since they informed us of roadblocks by protesting people and showed us how to avoid them. Location is rather far from the center.

When we arrived, we were impressed with the lobby area. Very nicely done with very nice art and of course the full size whale bone down the hall. Went downhill from there. The girl at checkin showed us the elevator and said byebye. Ok. Our room 403 was worse that the worst Motel 6 in the US. Altho the room was large that's where the good stopped. Let's start with the room - I found a hair on my pillow, NO water in the room, old stains on the chairs and bench at foot of bed, the bed was like concrete. The toilet room had a mysterious hole in the wall, bad patch job on wall by shower, shower miniscule, cheap ripped roller shade on window in shower area. Altho the menu card showed a charge for nespresso, there was not a machine in the room. The chairs were chipped and in need of a refinish. The blanket was thin as were the pillows. Our one meal in the restaurant was mediocre. The pumpkin soup was excellent, but our pizza with arugula was awful. Mountains of cheese with a LOT of raw arugula thrown on top. Yuck. This is not a quiet hotel. The floors are concrete so you can hear chairs, etc scraping along the floors. You do have an ocean view but it is noisy as there is a main drag right outside the hotel. The "grounds" were weedy and the back of the hotel had a used pallet sitting by the window. We had a funny experience with the language barrier. We thought we had ordered two glasses of wine, but got a bottle instead. Well, we had to drink it and it was delicious. This hotel could be very nice if management would look at the rooms as a guest would. The breakfast was subpar, your typical bread and cereal. No bacon and no service at table. There were scrambled eggs in a warmer however.

I have stayed many times and the breakfast was never good but the hotel prices were not like the current ones and we had breakfast outside the hotel. Currently the hotel is more expensive and breakfast is still lousy, with poor quality products (croissants, fruit salad, baked goods, etc). There are maintenance details that are missing, among others, window glass cleaning

We stayed at the Hotel Territorio for one night, from December 28 to 29, 2021. The service of the waitress at the hotel bar is terrible, after checking in we went to the hotel bar for some cool drinks, when we sat down the The waitress told us rudely without saying a word that we would have to wait to be served since she was alone and only had two hands. My partner and I were stunned, not even a good afternoon. Once he came to take our order, he literally asked us "what do you want, to which I responded, kindly, a beer but very cold, the waitress was very upset, I don't know why, she responded that we don't serve warm beer here. Honestly, it ruined us." with his bad treatment the moment of relaxation that we were about to enjoy. Once in the room we prepared to rest for a while, we had been driving from the city of Córdoba, approximately 1400 km. Upon entering the room (403) we went to bed with. the curtains closed, suddenly we heard someone enter our room and when he realized that we were in bed he left and closed the door quickly, at one point we thought that it could be a robbery and when he realized that we were in the The room was gone. When I called the reception to tell them what happened, they explained to me that they had the wrong room, they thought it was free when in fact it was occupied, we received the appropriate apologies from the receptionist. Regarding the waitress's attention, we made the appropriate complaint, however we had the feeling that our complaint would come to nothing. The hotel itself is pleasant, spacious rooms, the sea views are excellent, the only negative point of the facilities we can say that since it is a four-star hotel, they lack a little maintenance, especially in the common spaces (armchairs Faded to the window, armrests all marked by use, etc. Obviously we are not going to return to this hotel, in fact we already booked at the Hotel Península Valdés from January 7 to 11.

They must improve the quality of the breakfast a lot, it is basic and with regular to poor quality products, it does not correspond to what is paid for a night in this hotel. They should also do a maintenance job in the rooms, the one that I had had wind leaks through the windows and the shower door did not close. A separate chapter for the shower that is a minimal cubicle where many will not fit
