The truth is that we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is very warm and familiar, with a lot of attention to detail so that one feels at home. From the first moment we arrived, they welcomed us with great kindness and tried to resolve everything we needed, something that does not happen in other larger hotels where the owners are not present. For example, our flight was early and when we arrived they already gave us the room because it was ready, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip. The reception staff was always attentive to our needs and made us feel at home. They provided us with everything we needed to spend a dream weekend and made recommendations that helped our stay. Right now they are refurbishing the pool (it will be beautiful!) so they offer you to go to a very nearby property where you can enjoy the pool and a divine park. The room we had was super spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Although they don't have a minibar, they offer to store whatever you need in their refrigerators, and they also provide you with a phone to order delivery and eat in the breakfast area. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. I totally recommend it. We will definitely come back to enjoy another stay there because we really felt at home and valued as passengers!

Very small rooms. The shower water didn't come out hot. The hair dryer didn't work well, it had no power and it blew cold air. The sheets and towels were very dirty and stained. They only give one small towel for every two people. The sheets are very short, which is why the bed falls apart easily. In some rooms there is no bidet. The breakfast is an ode to flour, it's fine but it lacks variety (not to mention if you're celiac).

Good place, all the employees are very nice, breakfast is acceptable. Inconvenient for those who do not have a car since it is far from the center. It has a small but functional pool, impeccable maintenance and a kiosk -very humble- but that gets you out of trouble.
