The hotel is nice... the facilities are new... the beds are super comfortable. The staff is excellent... they always made us feel at home. The cleaning is very good. The buffet is very good... it is accessible and practical so you don't have to go out again if you are tired from the excursions. The only downside is the location, it is very far from the center and being on an avenue the traffic of motorcycles at night is annoying... but well that no longer depends on the people at the hotel who serve you very well.

Hotel alejado del centro ubicado en un barrio rodeado de corralones de venta de materiales y sobre una avenida con mucho transito. Las motos pasan durante toda la noche con un ruido insoportable. Cuenta con un solo ascensor para todos los pisos y habitaciones, por lo que es mas practico recurrir a la escalera. Es totalmente anti funcional porque no fue construido para ser destinado a hotelería sino a consultorios médicos. Ofrece desayuno poco variado y servicio de comida buffet: la comida esta siempre fría, lo cual es una vergüenza. Nos quejamos de esta situación con el personal y nos contestaron de manera maleducada "si no te gusta, ahí tenes el microondas". Pésimo trato del personal (falta de amabilidad y educación). El baño otro tema: a la ducha le falta presión de agua y no tiene bidet. Las habitaciones son grandes pero anti funcionales e incomodas. Una experiencia inolvidable, pero en el peor sentido.
