It is in a great location near Playa Carrizalillo. Many restaurants and the beach are walking distance. The staff would mostly answer my concerns. There is a nice rooftop. That’s it! The pictures you see are absolutely far from the reality. 1) Pool - it’s not filled to where it should be, it is cloudy (dirty), it has mold on the tile. 2) They sun dry the laundry so the towels feel like sand paper. 3) There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. I told staff and they told me to cover the shower drain with some plastic thing they had. It didn’t help. 4) Pots/pans are way over used, Teflon coming off. Pictures show wine glasses, nowhere to be found. 5) kitchen cabinets handles were sticky from the oil, the top of range hood sticky and dirty. 6) the dresser seemed to have been eaten by termites. 7) they gave us 2 remotes, one for TV, other for the box. It only worked once then it didn’t work. 8) the safety box wouldn’t work. I told them but I never heard back. Unless we got one of the worst/oldest unit, I don’t know how else to explain the ratings. Hope this helps!

I went for my birthday, and the excellent Hotel has everything one needs 💯I loved everything, very clean, the employees were very friendly, everything was very nice, I loved the pool and it also has a beautiful view, and it is close to the beach, just a stone's throw from the beach. a few steps towards the city and the beach, the terrace is very nice,

Just needed a one night stay at a decent price. This hotel was clean with great A/C. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Roof top had hammocks and nice view. Small pool on first level. Quiet little hotel in PE that fulfilled all of our needs adequately.

Nice location, nice rooms and spacious. Quite calm excepting dogs surrounding. Pool is tiny but clean. All restaurant at 200m. Beach at 500m. There is also a rooftop with a wonderful view on the bay. Spectacular especially when thunder in coming

Tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de cafecito y lavandería, tienen cocinas en la habitación y una nevera pequeña, utensilios básicos pero funcionales. Hace falta mantenimiento en las persianas pero bien. El aeropuerto muy cerca y te cobran $80.00 pesos por persona

Dan muy buena estancia, te dan atención de lo mejor, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, saliendo de la playa puedes venir a seguirte divirtiendo con amigos o familiares en la alberca, tiene una regadera para quitar el exceso de arena de la playa, en la terraza se ve el mar y tienen hamacas para pasar el rato.

Somos una pareja que tiene 30 años de casados, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Agradecemos a la Sra de la LIMPIEZA, muchas felicidades. Regresamos, las habitaciones tienen cocina equipada, es básica pero cómoda. Puedes ahorrar un dinero si haces uso de ella, sugiero más utensilios pero está bien.
