Vik Hotel San Antonio

Have stayed here many many times as its a fantastic hotel, great location delicious food brilliant entertainment especially on the Sunday evenings. Staff are friendly and helpful looking forward to my next stay next month.

Brilliant hotel with great staff.everybody from housekeeping, front reception, restaurant, bar staff and entertainments man all fantastic, with a special mention to waiters Michele (Mikey) and Henri. Food excellent and varied including the specials such as Chinese and Mexican evenings. There was a business conference taking place with delegates while we were staying but didn’t affect us at all, staff were still attentive. Look forward to return in ‘25 to this wonderful place. We stayed at this hotel for a week during the British half term at the end of October. We had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Location: We travelled with jet 2. It was only a 20 minute coach ride. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Our luggages were delivered by the hotel staff. Room: Every room is a seaview room. Our room is on the 2nd floor at the right side of the hotel. It is not great but ok. The room deco is dated but well cleaned. The air condition was very noisy so we slept without it for the whole week. (so sleeping quality affected) Imagine if you are here in the summer, it could be a nightmare. The internet never worked on the laptop. It was slow when you played videos on your phone. One night the fire alarm went at 4 a.m. Nothing happened and no explaination from the hotel. Wired. Member of staff: Every member of staff we met was lovely and friendly. The cleaner always made our room clean and tidy. The reception ladies/gents were always smiling. The waiters, waitresses and chefs in the restaurant worked so hard to clean the tables and help people find seats. They were polite, friendly and always smiling. Thank you to Mr. Li who looked after us really well and made me feel like home as we are from the same country. Food: I was so looking forward to having breakfast and dinner during our stay. They had a wide range of pastries in the morning and they were so well baked and delicious. The gluten free yogurt was so good. At dinner time, we had different cuisine almost every night. I loved the ribs, Spanish Paella, and steaks but my favorite night was Chinese! The chefs are from China and can really cook! As we were half board, we had to pay for our drinks at dinner. When we brought our own drinks, the staff respected and served us the same as other people. Apart from that, I love the effort they made for Halloween. The decoration in the restaurant was amazing! Beach: You can access the beach directly but it is rocky. If you walk a bit further, the beach's condition is much better. Swimming Pool: The pool was clean, heated and not crowded at all. We spent most of the time around 3 different swimming pools. Temperature at the end of October could be too cold to swim in the afternoon, especially on some windy days. All in all, we had a lovely time here. I was surprised there were not many kids around as it was a school holiday. Don’t worry if you are half board. The supermarket Spar is only 3 minutes walk and has everything you need. By the way, you can also book local trips with the hotel. It is safe and handy. I would recommend this hotel.

When arriving at this hotel. It looks a little old fashioned, but this is all part of the charm. A concierge took our bags to our room, and when we checked in and asked about the safety deposit box in the room, that is included in the price. Wi-Fi is also free. When we got to our room. It was lovely and clean. There was a bottle of water supplied and it was replenished every day. There was a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities which were also replenished each day. The food was very good. They have theme nights eg. Chinese, Italian, Indian. There is plenty of choice and plenty of room. The all inclusive snacks are great if you don't want to eat in the dining room. You sit down and are waited on and the staff will make you pizza, burgers Toasties, ice cream etc. The entertainment is aimed mostly at the older generation, and you sit down and are waited on with the drinks which are excellent,even the all inclusive guests. There are two pools, one being an infinity pool and a children's pool, also there are plenty of sun beds and seating areas. We had a great week and would definitely return.

Our first time in Lanzarote and our first time in San Antonio hotel. Location from airport was only 20 mins. Arrived at a very nice open and warm reception area. Lovely staff who welcomed us. Absolutely great hotel.our room was on 2nd floor and had a lovely view of tennis courts and partial sea view. Our room was immaculate and cosy. Good air conditioning. Safe available at small cost each week. Bad point is if you want to use the fridge you must pay for it unless you have a medical condition where meds have to kept in a fridge and then there's no cost. Breakfast very nice every morning Unfortunately the dinner time food was personally not for me. No shortage of sun chairs, 2.decent swimming pools and a lovely kiddies pool. There's a back gate that leads out to the beach.Must use your key card to get back in the gate. Hotel is kept very clean to be fair. Nice bar and only fair entertainment which you normally get for a hotel. Hotel itself only few mins walk to various shops,bars etc. We would recommend staying here. I would personally like to say thank you sincerely to the hotel rooms cleaning staff who keep our room immaculate every day. That meant so much to us. Thanks San Antonio. ❤️

Absolutely love this place this was our 5th visit to this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly nothing is too much. The hotel is so clean thr pool area the eating areas are so well kept and maintained. This is why we return so much. I wasn't very well on one of the nights we asked for extra blankets and within 5 minutes they were brought to our room. We also received a complementary bottle of champagne and a lovely letter thanking us for our return. We recommend this hotel to our family and they have also stayed here and enjoyed every second staying at the vic.
