Aparthotel Costa Volcán & Spa

The location is good. The soap and no any amenities it’s bad. It’s weird to ask from the reception and they said they don’t have any, cause they don’t work with any company. It’s basic hygienic. And it feels like they’re saving money even for that. The reception are nice but some of them should know a bit more about basic information, getting around etc.

Stayed on bottom floor,rooms are very clean as is pool area.breakfast is beautiful.staff are very friendly.my daughter stayed on level 5 ,noise from local bars and road kept her awake .hotel is very central.would love to come back only if I could be guaranteed ground level.pool has a deep end more than 5feet .I loved it here

Gone down hill... have stayed previously 2019, 2017.. asked for lower level, given 3rd floor. Noise all night long, had to ask for a cleaner & bed to be change twice in 2weeks.. broken toilet took 2 days to repair. Food terrible. Sun loungers filthy & not enough for the capacity of occupants.. No umbrellas supplied.

Great place to stay room was very clean the snack pool bar was very nice all the staff were very friendly and helpful highly recommended for a place to stay the menu has a wide variety something for everyone from breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks

we stayed at the costa vulcan for 2 weeks We requested a sea view/pool room which had a lovely view For a 2 star hotel the room was fine Walk in shower plenty hot water. Rooms cleaned every couple of days and clean towels Good location for old town and a short walk to the new. The pool was ok and there is not enough sunbeds .I Complained to reception that people were putting towels on overnight you just could not get one The downstairs apts just opened their door and plonked a towel on the bed. The next day the manageress scooped all the towels from the beds at just after 8am. No problem after that Dont expect luxury cos you wont have paid a luxurious price. All in all its is fine for a 2 star hotel Try and get a sea view room

Very clean,lovely staff,great location. Room we had was above a bar (The Drunken Monkey)it didn't bother us,couldn't hear any noise, at about 11.30pm they turn the music off(I know because I drank in there)There's a small mini market which ws handy,nice pool bar and snacks served,closes at 18.00,happy hour 2 pints 3 euro.So yes when not happy hour drinks abit expensive .its a good location handy for more bars and restaurants and supermarkets,few minutes walk to a large shopping centre Biosfera, with good choice of shops, not to far to walk to new town with the long ***** of bars and restaurants ,no complaints,our comfort apartment consisted of double bed,dining area,hob,fridge,kettle,toaster, small tv(10 euro deposit for the remote)not really needed,no English channels not even the news.20 euro deposit for aircon remote..worth it..and deposit for the safe.Nice seating area,nice balcony.Ive travelled alot,but the staff are the nicest and friendliest I've met.
