Amazing location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was a big room with a patio terrace area. Very clean and food is great too.

Good restaurant open only for lunch in low season and nice swimming pool with sauna, unfortunately I was not able to use the hot tub, despite being very close to the chaos of Puerto del Carmen it is an extremely quiet place with a very comfortable bed, if you have a car I recommend having dinner at 'la ermita' about three km away but it is really worth it, early check-in at 11 am very welcome, will definitely come back!!

Booked in for 1 night on a quick visit from Playa Blanca to meet up with friends. Have to say it’s a fantastic little spot , directly up the road from the bus stop at Biosfera Centre, easy booking reasonably priced for room only, speedy check in , everything in room you require, nice little pool, great bar service ….BUT not quite sure I could do a full week- through no fault of the hosts ….other noisy guests all night, paper tin walls, albeit little sleep. Would definitely recommend insider again and in a perfect location to beach, bars, shops, restaurant and bus stop.

We (couple) stayed 14 days at the 'panarama ', we had a brilliant relaxing time, we had 'pool view' highly recommended, the staff from reception, cleaners & bar staff were all friendly & helpful, the room was always clean , it had everything you needed for self catering, including free wi fi, the cafe /bar done some nice food & reasonable prices, overall a very relaxing holiday, thankyou

The only good thing that we can really comment on was the copious amounts of really hot water. Now for the list of bad: corridors very noisy even just guests walking along them, acts like an echo chamber, walls paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbours are talking about and DOING. Guests from across the road from the Lomo Blanco casually walk in and take up sunbeds, not enough for residents never mind them taking the beds. Rooms are badly laid out table and chairs in a cupboard that are filthy as they are probably never used, table folds up and stools are hidden behind and very difficult to reach. Shower would not stay in correct position and bath stained with areas of rust. Lots of small black flies in bathroom. On arrival it had been raining heavily, skylight had leaked and towels placed on floor. Do not pay extra for pool view as it’s not worth it, people put sunbeds facing into your room so no real privacy . Toilet bin not emptied every day, would expect this as you cannot put paper in toilet.

Basic room that needs updating (room 105) Pool view that gets very little sun during the day due to overgrown trees hanging over the balcony Cupboard doors in kitchen area didn’t close correctly and loose ready to fall off, fridge rusty in places and in bathroom doors peeling and tiles need cleaning Pool area nice but noticed non guests visiting from outside of the hotel on a daily basis taking up sun beds Most of the staff friendly at reception and the bar area Bar and snacks available at hotel not too badly priced, but can’t take any food or drink items into pool area if not bought at the bar - odd for a self catering complex
