second time this year. room was ok as wife has MS so access was ok walk in shower not wet room but we knew that on booking. didn't use any of the facilities just used it as a base. Pool is heated from beginnig Oct to End of April. A good 10 min walk to shops and bars and the beach

Returned from a week all inclusive with two kids. Rooms were clean and cleaners round 5 out of 7 days. Apartments were huge and lots of space. A few TLC bits needed to the rooms but was fantastic for what we needed as a base. Concern around no air con before we left but hired two fans for the week from reception. Not sure how well they would do in the height of summer when it’s hotter. Food was aLeighton and varied with enough choice for the children (11 and 9) and breakfast was good. Some nights food was fantastic. Pool bar food a little repetitive and serve your own but was fine as still full from breakfast. AI beer was flat often and other AI drinks not the best, but no different to other AI hotels we have been to before. Just a shame they wouldn’t fill your bottles up with water especially with the kids. Kids club was a little repetitive with colouring but activities round the pool were fantastic and entertainment team always around to help and great with the kids. Kids park and football court were dated but used every day. Shows on an evening were okay but nothing overly special, but could easily go out in to Matagorda. The place is positioned really nice with a short 5 minute walk to the seafront, shops, bars and only a 15 minute walk to the next, more busy resort. Taxi rank outside with a €6 taxi to Puerto Del Carmen too. Pools were great and always able to get a sun lounger. Pool didn’t open until 10am meaning no early mornings putting towels down! For the price I think this hotel is fantastic.

This is our 2nd visit to Lanzarote 1st to the Morromar and Maybe on Our last we certainly would not come here all inclusive again although the hotel is clean the food is awful Breakfast was the better of what was on offer and that was questionable, as others have noted the drinks on AI are also not the best we ate out several times, our room however was spotless and the bed comfortable we were expecting the room to be intolerably warm but it wasn’t, we are staying here October half term and it is unexpectedly quiet no trouble getting a sun bed at all but the pool is very cold !, 10 minute walk to local bars and restaurants and beach, another 5-10 minutes to low policonas with more bars and restaurants, staff at hotel although hard working grumpy with exception to entertainment staff, would we stay here again MAYBE very questionable
