Amazing stay at these apartments - great location with pool and pool bar which did Estrella in Frozen glasses (big win for me) as well as good selection of food on offer I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

Arrived at nearly 11pm to the security guard giving us our keys and a map, he didn’t speak much English but told us to attend the reception in the morning to book in properly. Our apartment is 130 and it has recently had a refurbishment so it’s very nice and spacious with everything we’ve needed, pics below. The apartment we received has had air con fitted in the living area and this is 7€ a day plus a 10€ deposit, we decided to see how we went and managed just fine with the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The apartments has a on site bar/cafe, restaurant (over the road) we never tried any as we are always out and about but they were all always busy so must have been good. Maid service is every other day and was good always clean, the staff all work hard they are always pottering about keeping busy and it’s great to see them about the complex every single one of them are polite and welcoming great assets to the apartments. We had a incident with the pipe under the sink coming loose and flooding the kitchen when we let the plug out the sink which was about 11pm the security guard was very helpful although he didn’t speak much English he helped us with mopping it all up and reported it to reception for the morning for the maintenance guys to pick up on and they did the manageress got straight on it first thing. We have had a wonderful stay here and would not hesitate to book up again in the future. We leave in a few days and have a late departure so am hoping that we can keep the room on so we can enjoy our time here till the very end.

Stayed in one of the newly renovated apartments on the other side of the road from reception the apartment was great spacious clean modern and nice bathroom with walk in shower cleaning staff good cleaned and towels changed every other day sheets changed once in the week used the pool bar a few times very good and very reasonable apartments not far from the main ***** there are building work going on this did not bother us as we are early risers but maybe a problem if you like a lay in so maybe try to get an apartment away from works we had a brilliant time and will return next year

Booked sea view apartment, just refurbished. Excellent! Bed & pillows so comfortable. New shower area great. Very comfortable and clean. Great location, staff very helpful. Pool very cold…..but all Lanza pools are the same. This is our 2nd visit and we will definitely return. Thank you.
