The apartments are very basic but lovely and quiet, ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. They’re located just a 5-10 minute walk from the main *****, making it convenient for accessing shops, restaurants, and bars. The apartments are well-equipped for self-catering, with everything you might need, including a microwave, kettle, fridge, and stove. Additionally, the bus stop across the road was a bonus, as we used it to take a trip to Costa Teguise, which was very handy. The only downside was that our apartment wasn’t cleaned at all during our week-long stay. While towels and toilet rolls were replaced, proper cleaning would have made the experience better. Overall, it’s a good choice for budget accommodation in a great location, with just a few minor drawbacks.

great place 10 - 15 mins to the main avenue .. we were in room 14 really nice apartment gigantic balcony with a beautiful views.. staff really nice and helpful.. Really quiet and peaceful we will be back. we hired car for handiness from the airport.. going to Lidl for big shop helped went spun about in the sun nice

Stayed here for 4 nights very spacious apartment lovely room overlooking the pool (room3 ) had everything you could need very peaceful and quiet found it a very relaxing The guy on reception was very helpful we arrived 10pm rang him he was there within 10 mins Walk to the ***** was a gentle stroll about 10-15 mins It was our first time in puerto del carmen and I would not hesitate to book these apartments again fabulous xxx

This is very basic accommodation which could be so much nicer with just a bit of care and lick of paint. There was a damp smell and signs of damp on ceiling in bathroom. There were no wine glasses just x3 small tumblers. We bought x2 wine glasses and left them there. Bedding really thin. Lamp in my room not plugged in and no socket to plug into. The skirting boards were all very stained/dirty but the overall cleanliness was good. Towels were OK hairdryer fine toaster and kettle clean. Small pool area clean but sunbeds a bit worn . You get what you pay for I guess.

we visited this lovely apartments July 8th and stayed in room 4. I have to say it was one of the loveliest places I have stayed. very very clean and comfy beds...no problems with anything in the apartment and had smart tv when we could unwind to Netflix at night time and had several English channels. the pool was amazing and lovely and clean and we really enjoyed our time there. we had late flight back and was able to keep the apartment all day for small fee. it was a great place to stay and relax and was very peaceful. I am definitely going to be returning. the pictures they advertised with are true but its even better when we got there. thankyou so much .

We found a little gem here, 10 mins walk from the front in a very peaceful location. From reception to cleaning the staff were lovely and helpful. The complex is well maintained and very clean, daily visits by cleaner to empty bins etc, towels changed twice in a week. Really good value too, we can thoroughly recommend La Laguneta.

What an amazing place!! Really quiet and peaceful apart from the screaming cat when you come back in the evening, but she is gorgeous! Our apartment was very clean and well kept, very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Not too far from the beach and main seafront restaurants.

Very nice relaxing apptments ideal if you like it peaceful ..lovely pool all kept immaculate by Mingo and his Dad ..rooms serviced everyday .towels changed twice weekly ..bedding once a week been going for years in fact met german couple who been going for 35 years its quite regular tourist keep going back would highly recommend..

Arrived at the apartments and we was apartment 14 which was one of 3 on the upper floor. The apartment was spacious and had the biggest balcony. The bathroom looked like it had been upgraded and the shower was great. The apartment had a fridge freezer, kettle, 2 ring hob and a microwave. The bedroom had a built in wardrobe and 2 single beds. The TV had 6 British channels. The apartments are located a good 10 min walk to the ***** and are nice and quiet. Overall the apartments was adequate for what we paid and would easily stay there again although I do think the beds and sofa need updating to more comfortable ones.
