Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

Absolutely disgusting dirt matress in room food unbearable cold and not edible would never come back son has been poorly since second day wouldn’t even give it. A star rating would avoid at all costs bar staff are the only ones that made it bearable

Check in was quick and our apartment 228 was a 30 second walk.very large apartment. All staff friendly and hard working .3 minutes walk to the beach .food for me was a hit or miss but my wife enjoyed her meals.hotel was fully booked the 7 nights we stayed a regular coach to take or drop off new customers .the bar was busy my only gripe was there was a large glass partition to block the smoke and vaping away from us non smokers but its only pulled across at end of the evening around 23.30 .Best part is to see the sunbed charge at 0900 they que up before 0800 to grab their beds put their towels down the rush off for breakfast. All in all it was a nice break

First the good bits! Room was clean bit basic view was good.Now the bad bits we were all inclusive drinks ok but queues at the bar were bad not enough staff.food well after first day never went again it was terrible cost extra to eat out! Pool well what can I say not enough room for sun beds didn't bother but entertaining watching the ****** queuing an hour before the gates opened and then running for sunbeds .no entertainment at night bar closed at 11pm on the dot. resort was good nice beach and a lot of bar's .Definitely a cheap 2star hotel but the price wasn't cheap don't go all inclusive just use it for a base.

Would like to start with the good points, the cleaners worked extremely hard and the apartment was very clean when we checked in. They never stopped even cleaning the lamp shades outside. The apartment was a good size, large living room, kitchenette with breakfast bar leading out on to the balcony that had a table and 3 chairs. The bathroom again was good size, walk in shower, toilet and sink, large mirror with hair dryer and also has a plug socket if you wish to use shaver or straighteners ect. Bedroom had built in wardrobes although only one side was a wardrobe the other door covered a wall. Two single bed pushed together. The bar staff have a hard job as all drinks from the pool bar have to be ordered, no help yourself to wine, larger or pop like in the food hall. This could cause large queues for drinks. Could have been made much better if the standard drinks were on tap. Although once you got your drink they were good. Food was the biggest let down by far. The word terrible was used a lot. As someone with diet restrictions (lactose intolerance) I read all the allergies notices there was nothing on any of the cards that say what the dish is. So I couldn't even try much as wasn't sure if it contained any dairy products. This was also an issue for others that were celiac. My partner tried quiet alot of what was on offer and didn't enjoy much. All meats were in some sort of sauce, and nothing was plain like grilled chicken or fish. Not enough sun loungers round the pool, and people would queue to get one when the pool opened at 9am, we didn't sit around the pool as we didn't want to be squished in.

Great location, the staff here are super-friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. The food is fine, great breakfasts - a bit hit and miss for lunch/dinner but if you can’t find something you like from the selection then you’re just not trying! Our biggest issue was the ridiculous queuing for sunbeds which started at a locked gate from 8am onwards some days! Other than that, would recommend.

Over all hotel was nice, prime location, sunbeds weren’t enough for the amount of people the hotel held, no air con but can rent a fan for 3€ a day, well where can I start about food breakfast just your standard all inclusive breakfast can’t complain about that, lunch and evening meal awful not many choices at all, desserts hit and miss. MOULDY BREAD ROLLS (see photo) and I know the black bits are seeds but there is a clump of green mould

We booked an all inclusive 10 day holiday for our family of 4 in a 2 bed apartment. Positives - The apartment was a good size, the Hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, lots of options along the sea front for food and reasonably priced. Negative's - No air conditioning in the apartments, no balls or inflatables allowed in the pool, pool table and air hockey not working, apart from the odd exception the customer service throughout the hotel was very poor. Red flags - Food was shocking, often cold and indescribable (we ate out), bar service was very slow and often queued for 10 mins to get a drink, although the pool area opened at 9am, you either queued or missed out on sun beds, the queuing started from 7:30am and by 8am there were over 30 people in the queue. We met some lovely people there and have stayed at various hotels over the past few years for our family holiday, but due to the above we will not be going back to this hotel.

We had to chase up reception to change beds, fridge didn't work, lanzarote was amazing, but this hotel has a lot of work to do, as far as air conditioning goes there's none, you have to hire a very small room fan, an absolute joke, wont be back!!!
