Room was well equipped with necessities. But it wasn’t as spacious, balcony was there. Location id really good and have friendly staff. View from the hotel was AMAZING.

Really nice staff, yet quite noisy at any time...The walls and balcony doors are just useless...could hear maintenance sound of the terrace, peole chatting, and even TV programs from the next room all night...

Far better than we expected after reading some reviews, by far one of the best HB for food for the price we payed on a Jet2holiday. Choice for breakfast and evening meal was brilliant, evening meal not repetitive lots of different selections of dishes, I'm a none meat eater but had no trouble with choices on offer, plenty of fish dishes and large salad and sweet selection. My partner said some of the most tender meat he has eaten and the best beef ever. Plenty of sun beds around the pool, the maid cleaned room daily and was perfectly cleaned a credit to the management. Stayed on 10th floor there are 3 lifts and they can be busy at breakfast and evening meals so sometimes a little wait. Great that it's now adults only so no children running around the dining room and food is catered for adults. The location of the hotel is perfect 30 seconds to nearest bars and shops only minutes away and a couple of small supermarkets across the road. We would 100% stay again. Recommend lido lounge bar right opposite the hotel entrance for great drinks and music.

Expected better from a 4 star hotel. First the good points Food, choice and quality great. Location right on the sea front great. Bed very comfortable. Unfortunately what let our stay down were the following, Booked a balcony room with sea views. Views were beautiful just a pity the balcony was half way through being decorated. This resulting in patchy filled walls and flakes of paint (off the railings) and filler/plaster on the balcony. A kettle and mugs were in the room but no provisions. When we enquired we were told we had to provide our own tea bags etc unless we were in a premier room. Curtains would not closed fully across as the track had a gap of approx a foot in the middle. This resulted in light coming into the room at all hours and it didn't help the balcony light being set to be on all night. We raised our concerns about the room but unfortunately were just fobbed off!!!

Hotel is in great location, very good and tasty food. Puerto de la Cruz is very pretty. Rooms were clean but bathrooms are a bit old , they should Think about renovation. Water in pool very cold. Night shows very poor. In general we had great time so thank you :) Most of the stuff can’t speak english, only in reception you can talk in english.
