Room was well equipped with necessities. But it wasn’t as spacious, balcony was there. Location id really good and have friendly staff. View from the hotel was AMAZING.

Really nice staff, yet quite noisy at any time...The walls and balcony doors are just useless...could hear maintenance sound of the terrace, peole chatting, and even TV programs from the next room all night...

Really enjoyed our stay here, bottle of cava and chocolates on arrival . We paid a bit extra for the premium room with Seaview balcony and it was well worth it, fridge, kettle, safe, 1l of water a day, robe and slippers all included. Housekeeping were excellent, room was kept tidy throughout the day. Shower and bath were great. It was my girlfriends birthday while we were there and a bottle of cava in an ice bucket was delivered to the room, great gesture. The lifts were very slow and being on the 9th floor there was sometimes a long wait. Breakfast was great, huge selection, with cava and vodka for bloody Marys if you wanted. Evening meal was good , lots on offer but no real theme to it. You had to pay for drinks in the evening but at 10 euros for a bottle of wine we thought it was very reasonable. All the staff were great, very helpful and polite. Great location, and the area was a lot livelier than some reviews suggest, which was good. Excellent holiday, highly recommended.

We have been staying at this hotel for last 4 years, this is our second holiday here this year. The hotel , staff never disappoint ,room with balcony including fridge, and kettle. Housekeeping keep the room immaculate and we always have regular towel changes.Special mention for, the pool lifeguard Mingo always pleasant and keeps the area very clean and sun beds in order,always The hotel has new tables and umbrellas outside front of hotel, ideal for people watching. We look forward to a third visit this winter.

Room was very basic. Furniture very 80's styled and in many places damaged by chipboard expansion. Bed was comfortable enough. We felt the food and set up was geared toward Spanish clients. Both of us had food poisoning that knocked us out for 24hrs, so we stopped eating at the hotel largely. Entertainment was nightly but lacked quality. Drinks aren't badly priced, and while there is a kettle and mugs in the bedrooms, they do not provide tea or coffee. The hotel wouldn't be somewhere we would return to. In our opinion, whilst it seems a clean hotel, it is overdue a refit.
