The stay would have been excellent, if the walls were isolated well. However, they clearly were not, as you could hear the neighbours listening to the TV, talking snoring, coughing, moving furniture (which seemed like a sport to some). Therefore, the ability to sleep depends on the time the neighbours go to bed, which was for some and sometimes deep into the night. Good honesty shop that is 24/7 available, nice garden and nice 15 min walk to center.

Bij de boeking was ons een balkon of terras beloofd, maar het resultaat was een klein zitje op de galerij Je zou vrij kunnen parkeren op het weg voor het Hapimag gebouw. Maar deze zijn bijna altijd over vol. En dan moet je hem parkeren boven op de berg. Vreslijk om dan de auto weer op te halen.

Prettig complex in Puerto de la Cruz. Overal zeer schoon. Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam peroneel. Geeft goede adviezen en gaf hulp bij het niet aangekomen zijn van bagage door de vliegmaatschappij.Prettig zwembad.

Die Lage von Puerto de la Cruz ist allgemein eher heruntergekommen. Hapimag ist hier gepflegt und bietet sogar einen beheizten Pool. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auf Hapimag ist wie immer Verlass. Generell würde ich aber empfehlen, den Urlaub im Süden der Insel zu verbringen. Dort ist besseres Wetter und die Gegend ist touristenfreundlicher. Wenn Puerto de la Cruz, dann mit Mietwagen.

Prettig resort met nette, ruime appartementen met mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Het resort ligt wat hoger in Puerto de la Cruz. Er moet wel flink geklommen worden om het te bereiken. Of je kunt een taxi nemen. Wij komen graag een keer terug!
