I was assigned a corner room with two balconies on the top floor. It was so nice because the cool breeze came in and the low roof of the house was pretty. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious and nice. I think I will visit again when I come back to Tenerife.

A hidden gem in Puerto De La Cruz. Centrally located. It's 100 metres from the bus station and short walk to the Plaza Del Charco, a few minutes later you are at the old cathedral. You can say a few prayers for the descendants of the Wild Geese, nobles in all but name, the Cologans etc. Lovely bedrooms with comfy beds, smart TV, free WiFi. Meson Los Regulos is just around the corner and the best cafe in Puerto, Casa Mel is up the hill. Order a Zaperoco and a small plate of queso curado and take it all in. You could be in Cuba, Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Uruguay, Mexico or even Tejas!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. They upgraded our room on arrival, which was a fantastic surprise. The room was really nice. Comfy beds and a lovely roof terrace. It was very warm, but we had a couple of fans in the room, so it was fine. We had just the breakfast option and it was a good filling breakfast. We paid and used the hotel for our evening meal, some nights and it was very good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was regularly cleaned by lovely, polite staff. We enjoyed using the roof top swimming pool, which didn't get too busy. The hotel is in a convenient location. It's in the town and close to the harbour/beaches. There is also a free carpark opposite the hotel, a bit further down the road. Thank you.

Great location with free parking across the street. Hotel is overall very nice. Bathroom was very small but bed comfy and was clean. Breakfast was plentiful but could do to be kept a bit warmer. Good hot and continental breakfast choice. Literally a 5 min walk from the centre of town. Has rooftop pool and for the money was great value. Not 5 star but didn’t pay 5 star prices so no complaints from me. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean enough, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. Walls are paper thin so can literally hear everyone's conversations, can hear TV's and showers and toilets from other rooms. No air conditioning, the fan that was provided wasn't sufficient enough. Breakfast was mediocre at best, dirty glasses and coffee cups. Staff were friendly enough though so can't fault them, towels changed daily.

Location is excellent few mins walk from main area rooms are very old but clean, I was solo traveller and felt really safe here, staff doing breakfast are lovely so are maids. Pools small but ideal as not many people go up there so plenty of loungers defo worth the 550 I paid for flight and room.
