Stayed in the hotel for 10 days. Clean pleasant hotel. Rooms were ok. But can get really noisy. If someone coughs next door sounds like they are next to you. Even with balconies doors close. No air conditioning works. Tv no work. You need to ***** the bedsheets to get change. Even if is dirty and cleaner can see. Food and drinks were ok. Most problems are sunbathing beds. Most of them are broken. Tables in the morning dirty around swimming pool. People puts towels early and sometimes not using them half day. Bar lady really rude. Not speaking English. Entertainment is not exist. Definitely not come back there.

The hotel room was very nice, very clean, the beds were very comfortable, good shower and a nice balcony. Unfortunately the food was not good, I know it must be difficult to cater for a lot of people, but it wasn’t good so we ate out a few times. The staff were very nice as well.

Shocking! Location is far from ideal so make enough checks before over. Room has no view at all, see picture. TV is not working at all...maintenance was to fix it but still waiting... AC is not working at all...waiting for maintenance. We are B&B... Went for dinner...wanted to pay as we go...were advised it's 25 euro per person..I had sone desserts only......we were not only given a bill for food but staff hid the bill for drinks...even orange juice is additional charge. Half board still needs to pay for drinks.... terrifying....Room has no view see picture. Honestly do not go there...terrible...

We’ve just done 10 days here.. Firstly when I booked this holiday I never realised it was North Side till it was too late to change, we weren’t that bothered but we did do some research prior. I did read reviews before we came, I obviously had doubts upon my arrival. ROOM: Upon arriving we were very impressed, reception was beautiful. Unfortunately our room was not. Key card holder was faulty, we were told to put it in at an angle, this worked but is only a short term solution. Air Con didn’t work, we were given a fan which just blowed warm heat around which wasn’t ideal seeing as I had paid for air conditioning. The room looked as though it had been refurbed but it hadn’t, newish floor and white paint that’s about it. Bathrooms old, cracked tiles. Stains on the wall in the bedroom. Must be people living in the hotel which we were t aware of at the time of booking. Our bed was changed twice in 10 days, housekeeping just flipped the sheets/duvet over. We know this as we smudged a bit of chocolate on one of the sheet covers by accident, I had to fully ***** the whole bed for them to acknowledge our beds needed changing. We were given no clean towels or toilet roll, we had to keep asking reception. One cleaning lady was so lovely and helpful, some did not even speak. FOOD: As expected it was basic and very repetitive, my partner is very fussy so she just ate chips, pasta and bread, it was quite boring everything was bland. I ended up being ill for 3 days and refused to eat in the restaurant after that, I could not stomach the smell of the place. There were flys all over the fresh salad, fruit and desserts. Breakfast was okay if you like cold scrambled eggs and beans. The food hall was very clean and staff kept on top of that, food was regularly replenished. DRINKS Drinks were okay, you had to ‘rent’ a cup for 1 euro, you get your money back once you had them back in though. Spirits were weak. Not alot of choice really. Overall okay as I don’t particularly drink a lot of alcohol so the pop was ideal for us. Coffee and tea was also available. Wasn’t impressed that the bar shut at 11pm especially on a weekend or after some decent entertainment. Some bar staff were rude. ENTERTAINMENT: Some nights were good, some nights the staff had no clue what to do so would play a guessing game of their ages or how many pages in a book to win a bottle of Prosecco. I get that it’s coming in to off season so can’t grovel.. One of the entertainers throughout the day was lovely, I can’t remember his name he was tall, fit and had curly hair. Very friendly and chatty! There were plenty of shops around, not much really to do. Only a 15 minute walk into the main centre or 5 euros in a taxi. Loro Parque was the best thing about this holiday! Free train ride from the town centre near the beach, bright yellow train can’t miss it. i will not be coming back, I was ill from the food, did not eat for the rest of the 5 days we had left there. It got to a point it

After reading reviews on here I was worried about going to this hotel but what I read could not have been any more different from our holiday. Hotel and room was both clean and modern, the staff were amazing and friendly, nothing was ever too much for them our aqua zumba rep was friendly funny and helpful i couldnt believe he had only been there a week! and the food...omg only issue I had was gaining weight through eating there was plenty of food at least 5 different mains 2 full salad bars variety of side dishes and deserts and as much Amstel, wine, and fizzy drinks you want. My 19 year old daughter brought me here (I'm 49) and we both had an amazing time and would definitely come again.

Arrived with a bad impression due to reviews but I really don't know what the fuss was about, this hotel is spotlessly clean all through, our room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was amazing and very very clean, smelling fresh, had a mountain view and it was lovely, stayed for 11 nights only thing I can say about is the chefs need a talking to as I had chicken twice both times pink on the bone and undercooked so we didn't eat that, then we had turkey rounds and again 1 of them were undercooked but I did eat them a few times just checked it thouroughly before eating other than that food was nice always something for someone and plenty of it, the water in the machine was sometimes warm, there are quite a few "entertainment staff" but very little entertainment, considering there's a few of them they could come up with an entertaining routine other than kareoke, even though they did find it hard as not many people wanted to participate which would of made it something other than nothing, we had singers come in 3/4 nights out of 11 and there's a smell of drains now and then by the pool but that's to be expected, the pool is refreshing just what I needed as it's so hot during the day, the staff are all polite, friendly and pleasant and we had a lovely time my fiance and I

Great experience! No complaints whatsoever. One of the best holidays! Affordable hotel with lovely staff. I came here with my mum for her birthday and it was perfect. The rooms are great and the location is even better. So quiet yet so enjoyable. Would return!! Entertainment every night and activities to do throughout the day. Beach is a 15-20 minute walk from hotel. Not much change in food each day but still managed to find something to eat. Free bus that takes you to the popular zoo! As well as the beach.

This hotel is fabulous. It’s a great location with shops and bars just outside and a main square about 20 mins walk (if that). The food is good, simple but yummy. The pool is nice and cold, who wants a heated pool in this weather?? The rooms are lovely, staff are friendly and welcoming. I have really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

Me & my boyfriend have recently returned home from an all-inclusive, 1 week visit here. A while before i arrived, i was reading reviews to get an idea of this place, i was put off as there were a lot of negative reviews, with a few positive ones here & there. So, travelling there, i was nervous about what we were going to walk into. However, we were pleasantly surprised as we had a good welcome to the hotel. This made me feel at ease, however it was only the start & i was worried about what we were going to walk into. We opened our room door & it was a very spacious & clean room (despite people saying the rooms weren't great), the only problems i found was a bit of limescale on the shower head & no towels. The room was clean, bed/sheets were clean, fridge was clean, balcony was clean. We had a sign that we could put on the door as to whether we wanted our room cleaned or not, which the cleaners respected (despite others saying the cleaners walked in regardless). Also, the first time we had our room cleaned, we had been given towels, so this was just clearly something that had been missed. We weren't too bothered as we had brought our own. There were plenty of shops, cafès & restaurants around the hotel to visit, if you wanted to get out. The pool was kept clean & well maintained. The sunbeds were also organised & well spaced out. There was a pool table, a ping pong/table tennis table near the pool & there was different games/activities happening around the pool on some days too. However on the other hand, i did find some negatives about the hotel: There were a handful of rude staff around the hotel, mainly at the pool bar. We didn't understand the system of the cups & was not informed on how it worked. I understand it's a long shift in the sun, with a lot of people. However a smile or a more positive attitude wouldn't hurt. There was not a wide variety of food, as it was mainly just the hot food that slightly changed each day. The only other food for people to have if they didn't want the hot food, was a salad bar. A lot of the food, also contained some form of nut, which did become really annoying, as i could not enjoy as much of the food as i would have hoped (i'm not allergic, i just don't like nuts, but this would be annoying for somebody who was allergic). There was also very basic beverages, which were very hit & miss (on some days, the juice seemed very sour / bitter). They were also only open at specific times, for example - the tea/coffee machine was closed from 10:30am - 7am the next day. The pool bar was only specific drinks too, which again, was frustrating as we had paid for an "all-inclusive" package. We did have air-con, however it was not very strong & didn't seem to really do anything, so we had to have the balcony door open a lot, which seems fine, but obviously it was just hot air coming in. We also had a tv in the room, expect the only channel that worked & was in english was Disney Channel - which a 23 & 22 year old, weren
