Me & my boyfriend have recently returned home from an all-inclusive, 1 week visit here. A while before i arrived, i was reading reviews to get an idea of this place, i was put off as there were a lot of negative reviews, with a few positive ones here & there. So, travelling there, i was nervous about what we were going to walk into. However, we were pleasantly surprised as we had a good welcome to the hotel. This made me feel at ease, however it was only the start & i was worried about what we were going to walk into. We opened our room door & it was a very spacious & clean room (despite people saying the rooms weren't great), the only problems i found was a bit of limescale on the shower head & no towels. The room was clean, bed/sheets were clean, fridge was clean, balcony was clean. We had a sign that we could put on the door as to whether we wanted our room cleaned or not, which the cleaners respected (despite others saying the cleaners walked in regardless). Also, the first time we had our room cleaned, we had been given towels, so this was just clearly something that had been missed. We weren't too bothered as we had brought our own. There were plenty of shops, cafès & restaurants around the hotel to visit, if you wanted to get out. The pool was kept clean & well maintained. The sunbeds were also organised & well spaced out. There was a pool table, a ping pong/table tennis table near the pool & there was different games/activities happening around the pool on some days too. However on the other hand, i did find some negatives about the hotel: There were a handful of rude staff around the hotel, mainly at the pool bar. We didn't understand the system of the cups & was not informed on how it worked. I understand it's a long shift in the sun, with a lot of people. However a smile or a more positive attitude wouldn't hurt. There was not a wide variety of food, as it was mainly just the hot food that slightly changed each day. The only other food for people to have if they didn't want the hot food, was a salad bar. A lot of the food, also contained some form of nut, which did become really annoying, as i could not enjoy as much of the food as i would have hoped (i'm not allergic, i just don't like nuts, but this would be annoying for somebody who was allergic). There was also very basic beverages, which were very hit & miss (on some days, the juice seemed very sour / bitter). They were also only open at specific times, for example - the tea/coffee machine was closed from 10:30am - 7am the next day. The pool bar was only specific drinks too, which again, was frustrating as we had paid for an "all-inclusive" package. We did have air-con, however it was not very strong & didn't seem to really do anything, so we had to have the balcony door open a lot, which seems fine, but obviously it was just hot air coming in. We also had a tv in the room, expect the only channel that worked & was in english was Disney Channel - which a 23 & 22 year old, weren
