Spent a week here all inclusive and ate out every night. The food at the hotel was awful, very bland and no variety. Lots of guests also complained about feeling unwell due to the food. There was no entertainment and the bar area is very dated. The pool bar was shut 5 out of the 7 days we stayed meaning we had to get dressed and head to the bottom floor of the hotel each time we wanted a drink. It was easier in the end to buy our own beverages from the shop attached to the hotel for the day. The hotel gave us a room on the ground floor with a balcony door that does not work- instead of offering us a hand then abruptly told us how to fix it and still charged us per day to use the safe. Everything you may need at the hotel also costs extra- which when you pay for all inclusive shouldn’t be the case in my opinion eg: towels: €25 per towel to rent, cups for the bar were an additional cost, a safe for the room, a kettle. It all adds up. Due to being unlimited drinks for all inclusive guests we found a lot of drunken fights breaking out between guests at all times of the day and night- meaning a lot of noise in the evening. Police were called on occasion to break a fight up. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel if you have children as I didn’t think it appropriate for them to be around this environment. Only saving grace was the size of the room.

Beautiful, clean hotel. We had a lovely sea view room. Food was average but a variety, lots of options. My favourite was the cream spinach and chicken. Loved the Melon, watermelon and papaya. Pool area was lovely. I would stay at the Interpalace again.

We went all inc for ten days . First impression hotel looks lovely and very clean staff at reception seemed friendly enough. Room was immaculate and modern. Bed was two singles together comfortable enough for a good nights sleep unless you get woken up from people in the hall as the door seemed paper thin, picture included you can see the light from the corridor coming through. Air con not working ,tv sound temperamental . Our room was located on floor 0 few doors down from restaurant very noisy at meal times especially in the corridor and was the same level as the pool area , entertainment was below our floor. Snacks by the pool bread cold meat cheese in a fridge next to pool bar . Soft drinks at any of the bars were lacking fizz . Restaurant was not great food was often lukewarm warm if you were lucky and choice if your a fussy eater not great even the chips weren’t cooked right some nights . After 2 nights of being here we both ended up very sick and spent 3 days in our room due to this was it the food possibly ? My husband had a pink bit in his chicken the night before. We didn’t really eat much in there after that . Cereal fruit toast was the safest options at bfast. Roof bar we didn’t use as you had to pay for the drinks up there not much point when we went all inc. The pool is not very big a lot smaller than what we thought it was going to be ,a lot of the sunbeds broken or quite dirty the usual reserved beds with towels on . Mini golf area should be condemned. Entertainment through the day zero we seen staff twice during our stay asking if we wanted to play archery and that was it. Evening entertainment was ok but lacking. Bar staff and all the cleaning staff we came across all very friendly. Free bus into town handy especially coming back as it’s all uphill. Would we stay here again No

I was disappointed with the lack of choice regarding the food (all inclusive)! It was bland and cold (they do have a microwave that you can use to heat yr evening meal though) ! The view from my room was another hotel directly opposite with a busy road in between! The room was also above the entertainment room which is fine if you can sleep through anything but as I’m a light sleeper anyway, thud, thud, thud is not what I wanted to hear until 1am! The only plus that I can think was the room was clean and the beds were comfortable (two singles pushed together) !

Stayed in the hotel for 10 days. Clean pleasant hotel. Rooms were ok. But can get really noisy. If someone coughs next door sounds like they are next to you. Even with balconies doors close. No air conditioning works. Tv no work. You need to ***** the bedsheets to get change. Even if is dirty and cleaner can see. Food and drinks were ok. Most problems are sunbathing beds. Most of them are broken. Tables in the morning dirty around swimming pool. People puts towels early and sometimes not using them half day. Bar lady really rude. Not speaking English. Entertainment is not exist. Definitely not come back there.

The hotel room was very nice, very clean, the beds were very comfortable, good shower and a nice balcony. Unfortunately the food was not good, I know it must be difficult to cater for a lot of people, but it wasn’t good so we ate out a few times. The staff were very nice as well.

Shocking! Location is far from ideal so make enough checks before over. Room has no view at all, see picture. TV is not working at all...maintenance was to fix it but still waiting... AC is not working at all...waiting for maintenance. We are B&B... Went for dinner...wanted to pay as we go...were advised it's 25 euro per person..I had sone desserts only......we were not only given a bill for food but staff hid the bill for drinks...even orange juice is additional charge. Half board still needs to pay for drinks.... terrifying....Room has no view see picture. Honestly do not go there...terrible...

We’ve just done 10 days here.. Firstly when I booked this holiday I never realised it was North Side till it was too late to change, we weren’t that bothered but we did do some research prior. I did read reviews before we came, I obviously had doubts upon my arrival. ROOM: Upon arriving we were very impressed, reception was beautiful. Unfortunately our room was not. Key card holder was faulty, we were told to put it in at an angle, this worked but is only a short term solution. Air Con didn’t work, we were given a fan which just blowed warm heat around which wasn’t ideal seeing as I had paid for air conditioning. The room looked as though it had been refurbed but it hadn’t, newish floor and white paint that’s about it. Bathrooms old, cracked tiles. Stains on the wall in the bedroom. Must be people living in the hotel which we were t aware of at the time of booking. Our bed was changed twice in 10 days, housekeeping just flipped the sheets/duvet over. We know this as we smudged a bit of chocolate on one of the sheet covers by accident, I had to fully ***** the whole bed for them to acknowledge our beds needed changing. We were given no clean towels or toilet roll, we had to keep asking reception. One cleaning lady was so lovely and helpful, some did not even speak. FOOD: As expected it was basic and very repetitive, my partner is very fussy so she just ate chips, pasta and bread, it was quite boring everything was bland. I ended up being ill for 3 days and refused to eat in the restaurant after that, I could not stomach the smell of the place. There were flys all over the fresh salad, fruit and desserts. Breakfast was okay if you like cold scrambled eggs and beans. The food hall was very clean and staff kept on top of that, food was regularly replenished. DRINKS Drinks were okay, you had to ‘rent’ a cup for 1 euro, you get your money back once you had them back in though. Spirits were weak. Not alot of choice really. Overall okay as I don’t particularly drink a lot of alcohol so the pop was ideal for us. Coffee and tea was also available. Wasn’t impressed that the bar shut at 11pm especially on a weekend or after some decent entertainment. Some bar staff were rude. ENTERTAINMENT: Some nights were good, some nights the staff had no clue what to do so would play a guessing game of their ages or how many pages in a book to win a bottle of Prosecco. I get that it’s coming in to off season so can’t grovel.. One of the entertainers throughout the day was lovely, I can’t remember his name he was tall, fit and had curly hair. Very friendly and chatty! There were plenty of shops around, not much really to do. Only a 15 minute walk into the main centre or 5 euros in a taxi. Loro Parque was the best thing about this holiday! Free train ride from the town centre near the beach, bright yellow train can’t miss it. i will not be coming back, I was ill from the food, did not eat for the rest of the 5 days we had left there. It got to a point it
