Its a good location. But the hotel is a bit noisy. You can hear when other rooms are busy and flashing toilets.

I couldn't go, my Ryanair flight was canceled, I had serious problems at the airport and couldn't get to my destination! I asked the hotel for a cancellation and a refund, they refused! The hotel treated me extremely rudely! But TRIP was kind and said they would refund me, but the hotel provided terrible service.

The room was tragic, the stay was very bad due to the lack of air conditioning. The food in the hotel was also bad, it was unprofitable to take a bite in the offer

Our third time to stay at this hotel. The best location in puerto de la Cruz, a few minutes walk from anywhere you will need to go. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it is staffed with the friendliest staff and is spotlessly clean , the rooms are cleaned every day. We wouldn’t consider anywhere else when we holiday in Puerto de la Cruz.
