The hotel was immaculate and a perfect base for exploring Porto Colom. We found the breakfast good, the cooked meats were hit and miss but there were plenty of other options. We only used the restaurant once for an evening meal and found it ok but not worth the money (we were bed and breakfast). The pool area was spotless and a great place to spend the day relaxing, it never felt crowded. The spa was great, highly recommend the indoor pool with its multiple water jet/jacuzzi features. There’s 2 saunas that also looked brand new. The rooms felt new, neat and functional, with nice big balconies. In room coffee/tea stations would be a worthy addition. We stayed during a heatwave and our firsts rooms AC wasn’t the best. As it was late, they gave us a pedestal fan and swapped rooms the following day. The staff throughout were great, friendly and helpful. If we were to return to Porto Colom, we’d stay at the JS Porto Colom suites again no doubt.
