We truly enjoyed our stay at hotel Indigo. It is in a great location near shops and restaurants and you can always hear the song of the many sea lions on the beach and rocks next door. The beds were super comfy and the pool area was amazing after a long warm day. The jacuzzi was lovely in the evenings and the pina coladas are some of the best we’ve ever had! The staff really make this hotel top notch. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. One day I was feeling seasick and they even made me some fresh ginger tea. Muchas gracias for an amazing stay!

Great hotel! Great location! Wonderful service! Great pool area! Great drinks! The location of the hotel was perfect and right on the promenade. The rooms were bright and clean. The AC was quite welcome after adventurers all day. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved the hotel, it’s location and the friendly, helpful staff. Super comfy beds and pillows. Diego at the bar was a delight each and every day. Great desserts. Couldn’t have asked for more in a single hotel! I can’t thank you all enough!

This hotel was beyond our expectations! Perfectly situated near the shops, restaurants and pier. Tge rooms were beautiful - spacious and clean. The bathrooms had everything you could want. The restaurant was great and had a nice selection of food and the staff were incredible. Wish Ed could have stayed there longer!!

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable hotel overlooking the bay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom and shower-room (a small vanity mirror would be helpful). Could watch the sealions for hours. Wonderful place to end our Ecuador/Galapagos Island holiday. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at the Indigo. Room with balcony was wonderful overlooking the beach and pier. The hotel is new, so bathroom was of very high standard, good shower and fast Wi-Fi. Beds were large and very comfortable, pillows were exceptional, the room was quiet so we had a very good nights sleep. The restaurant and bar food was excellent, so good we did not venture out to local restaurants. Service throughout our stay was exemplary, Carman front of house was very helpful, contacting our tour organisers and checking on hotel pickup. Diego, was very professional and helpful, his team in the restaurant and bar made our stay perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location for boat trips, and I agree with other reviews the best hotel on San Cristobal

Great . Friendly staff. Amazing bartender who knows how to make the best piña colada. Extremely clean. Housekeeping service perfect. Great location, walking distance to just about everything. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Breakfast buffet gives plenty of choices. Deserves a five star rating.

We always check Tripadvisor for restaurants and our vacations. They’re pretty much spot on. They didn’t do us wrong this time either our weight staff, Jonathan, Jasmine, and Julissa he was great service. The manager Draggo, also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. Everything was perfect. We will go back there and try their breakfast buffet and probably eat there a couple more times at least.
