The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the noise and bustles of the city’s activities. Excellent place to stay if you want quiet, rest, and relaxation. The hotel is charming, clean, and accessible by taxi and the fare to go to town is only $4.00 dollars. The staff are very friendly, some speaks very little English but the General Manager ( Mr Ivan) is fluent in english. Mr Ivan is kind and very understanding and goes out of his way to assist his customers. The room is furnished minimally but it has all you need. Cleaning and beds are made every day. The hotel accommodates special dietary requirements; I am a vegetarian and the food is yummy 👍. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Strong stream showers spacious bathrooms. Sliding doors to a balcony .good AC.delicious food wich includes breakfast and dinner the restaurant personal is great.Customer service make you feel at home treat you like family,

Agosto del 2024 pésimo hotel, pésimo lugar! Almuerzo pésimo, merienda pésima. En las habitaciones una sábana estaba con sangre, no es un restaurante como tal, no cuentan con platos a la carta solo un menú de una cosa por ejemplo hoy solo disponen arroz con seco de carne, todo una pésima experiencia, no vengan a este hotel.

Fue una experiencia genial ,la primera ves en la Islas Galápagos y un sueño cumplido y a la ves en mi cumpleaños ,mi familia y yo quedamos contentos con el trato en el Hotel y las actividades ,faltó tiempo para hacer más cosas y no dudo de regresar en el futuro ,gracias a todo el Staff de Tortuga Bay .

Mi estancia en el Hotel Tortuga Bay fue sencillamente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué, recibí una atención impecable y cálida por parte del personal. La limpieza de las instalaciones era impecable y la amabilidad de todo el equipo hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Además, la tranquilidad y serenidad que se respira en este lugar es simplemente incomparable. Sin duda, espero volver pronto para disfrutar nuevamente de esta experiencia única. Recomiendo este hotel a todos los amantes del buen servicio y la hospitalidad.🥰🥰🥰

Fijn hotel, schone en ruime kamers, uitstekende service! Rustig gelegen, maar op korte afstand van het centrum. Enorm behulpzaam personeel, helpt graag met taxi’s naar de stad (4 dollar) en geeft tips over leuke bezienswaardigheden.

Como empezar?.. Nuestra experiencia en el tortuga Bay fue terrible, fuimos en familia de entrada el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba mis hijos, mi suegra de 80 años se ahogaban de calor. Pedimos ayuda al recepcionista quien nos supo decir que su sueldo era pagado solo hasta las 21h00 entre otras groserías inútiles. El hotel queda muy lejos del puerto esta en medio de la nada y no hay servicio después de las 21h00. El all in es una mentira, desayuno pobre, almuerzo pésimo, jugo de agua.. La cena no la probamos nunca por nuestra salud mental. En resumen no recomiendo ir al hotel tortuga Bay se les puede dañar la experiencia a Galápagos.

Buen servicio , buen aseos , el personal cálido , en la mesa de billar había muchas abejas , los precios de las bebidas un poco alto , pero si hubo una buena atención , la piscina estaba en buenas condiciones, el clima ideal , algo malo que el hotel está lejos del Puerto y para salir siempre tocaba cojer taxi , lo que era un valor diario para hacer cualquier actividad
