Wonderful hotel. Our room was incredible. We stayed in Darwin. But there was no hot water for 2/3 of our stay. All we were able to get out of them was a free breakfast one day. I would have expected a significant discount given this lacking amenity

Great location and lovely Eco Lodge!
Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there.

Perfect place in paradise
Wonderful stay! Ariel was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, view was magnificent, lots of charm! Close to everything. Highly recommend!

They offered to pick me up but never did. I had to take a cab and the manager stated he would pay for my cab because of the inconvenience then lied. Also, I was supposed to get breakfast but didnt so they offered me a beer each day then tried to charge me for it.
The restaurant not affiliated was fantastic. Room was nice, by very warm.

Comfortable, walk to everything, lovely and attentive staff. Coffee on the private patio watching birds, sea lions and the ocean was dreamy. Breakfast was so good!

Very good property, Yelena went the extra mile preparing a birthday surprise. The experience was fantastic. All the staff very friendly. Daniel from the restaurant went the extra mile with the presentation of the menu. Housekeeping was great.

Issues with sewage. Nit allowed yo flush the TP. In warmer weather the toilet would stink.
Running water not suitable for drinking nor washing teeth. Need to use the water from a canister. The restaurant is not part of the hotel AL MAR is very good and very accommodation .
