Everybody was friendly and anticipatory to my needs. The hotel is comfortable and good looking, but what I loved the most is that it is sustainable. The staff is attentive and the activities are unique, just as the destination is. The quality of the food is great as well.

This absolutely beautiful!!! Write on beach and trail to Las Grietas! Worth the price! Breakfast and dinners are delicious! Great spread for an included breakfast. Only stayed one night given we were headed on a cruise. The trek here is easier than expected. We purchased a transfer but not needed. A must see!

We didn’t really have any idea about the hotel not even that we would need to take a short boat ride to it. It is really gorgeous, the views are absolutely breathtaking, the rooms so beautiful with the staff so friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful too. Imagine being able to sit out under the stars looking at twinkling lights of boats on the horizon whilst eating freshly caught fish! Lots of trips and other experiences can be arranged. Visiting the Galapagos was top of my bucket list but now I would say don’t wait so long to enjoy.

My husband and I celebrated our 15th Anniversary here and we clearly made the best decision ever! From the time we left the airport until the time we headed back to Quito, the service at this resort was nothing short of Amazing!! Special shout out to the MVPs of Finch Bay! Cesar, Patty, Miguel, Hilda, Wagner, Jorge, and Ms Grace! They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful experience! Definitely no need to go anywhere else for food or drinks! Just top notch!

We enjoyed our stay at Finch Bay. Our room was small but comfortable. We were supposed to go into the main town on the first night for dinner, but it was pouring rain, so, we stayed at the hotel restaurant and ate outside under the awning of the bar--it was great. Our server, Joanna (I think was her name), was so wonderful. The food was really delicious. After walking around the main town in the morning (the hotel provides a free boat ride), we spent the day by the pool...it was also great--nice drinks and a really nice lunch.

We were the very first people to stay in the new suites. I challenge anyone to find a nicer suite/ view than number 10 in the entire Galapagos islands. Carlos was amazing in helping us organize all our trips directly from the resort. Get on their sea lion boat for a day of snorkeling if you can amazing. The shuttle service to Porto Arroyo was really easy and not the slightest bit of a hassle. Don't look any further if you want. Amazing service great food and a beautiful view and location just book it.

Service is superv, Cesar at the pool bar and restaurant was the highlight of our trip. Excellent talk, recommendations and service, great service from all staff. Best of Ecuador is always the people Love the people and the country, the views at this place is amazing
