TownePlace Suites Pueblo Downtown

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Pueblo. Clean, friendly staff and the rooms are fantastic.

Staff was nice and friendly but facility could have used a good deep cleaning. Floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks, they had a no smoking policy but our room still had the smell of cigarettes. Overall I

My credit was charged 3 separate times for incidentals. Twice when I checked in and a third time randomly hours later.

Property was very nice. Very limited parking so had to park at their sister property next door.

New clean hotel with easy access from I-25. Would stay here again. The Riverwalk is a 5 minute walk. Lots of fun.

The rooms are excellent. I only wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the suite and all it includes.

We were booked in a King studio and ended up switching to a room with queen double beds. The first room: the smoke alarm flashed a bright white light ALL NIGHT LONG. The thermostat didn’t work correctly and the tan blew all night. The toilet didn’t flush correctly. This hotel is approximately nine months old. Good news the desk clerk switched us to a different room with no problems. There is some noise from train and highway close by.

The facility was clean except the floors in the lobby area. Even after several hours there was mud and wetness still on the floors. The parking lot was not adequately plowed. Traveling with someone who was handicapped posed an issue because the sidewalk and parking lot contained ice and snow in typical walking areas. Lastly, we were 2 minutes late checking out and we received a call literally 1 minute past the checkout time.

After an unfortunate set of events i had to look for a hotel to stay at for a few days this towneplace suites looked to be the place for me after looking over eveything nothing was mentioned that they do no allow anyone local to stay there anywhere on the website and the check in age was said to be 18. After showing up there i promptly went to the front desk where i was told that the check in age is 21 and that they will not allow me to stay anyways since i was local they then said they would cancel the reservation and everything would be fine i wake up the next morning to find that i had been charged a noshow fee because they did not end up canceling the reservation i had them contacted and they said that they will not refund my money even though i was not even able to check in since the check in age was incorrect.
