Pros: Water pressure in the shower on the second floor was amazing. Room cleaned nice. Plenty of outlets.
Cons: Toilet needs to be resealed to the floor as it was wobbly.

Room and property are filthy! The worst workout room I’ve ever seen. Machines are broken and covered in grime. The internet is spotty at best.

Had a quick stop over to get to our destination. Staff were really nice. Room was super clean and spacious. Only thing was breakfast - nothing to drink (guess it was down) and as we were looking to get food, the lady who does the food was clearly mad about something and talking out loud in a not so professional manner. We left and went to Starbucks next door.

Room was very nice,bed comfy, late night staff was amazing with a situation we had.
I was not happy about finding a large baby toy under the skirt of the bedding and several reciepts for the restaurant across the street and dated different weeks. Makes me wonder about the cleaning staff. .

We booked this hotel before a family member had a procedure at the hospital down the street. The hotel was clean, quiet, and late-night check-in was a breeze. Special thanks to Jerrie at the front desk for being so friendly and speedy, we were ready for bed! The bed was comfortable, the sheets were fine, the only thing I'd say could use improvement is the pillows. They were quite small for a king-sized bed and very lumpy!

Hotel was clean however, the entire hotel along with the room, has a strong fragrance smell…not good for anyone with allergies.

The only reason I’m giving this a 3 is because there was no hot water when we went to shower the morning after arriving. I had two kids with me who needed to shower as well and get moving early in the morning so unfortunately we were unable to shower. The front desk was suppose to have a manager get in touch with me but never did. Other than the hot water issue the place was good
