El hotel es bonito, la ubicación en una zona de Puebla como La Paz lo hace muy cómodo para moverse hacía Angelopolis o el Centro Histórico, el único detalle es que hay que entregar la llave de tu habitación en la recepción, no me falto nada ni hubo incidentes pero no es cómodo como cliente.

Habitación cómoda y ventilada, la cama muy suave. Punto a mejorar: la atención al cliente. Necesitaba un cobertor y no tenían. La comunicación con recepción solo es por chat y no me contestaron. Lo más bonito es que es una casa grande con patios interiores de Ambiente minimalista.

Estuvimos hospedados mi familia y yo estuvimos muy contentos todo fue agradable. La zona es muy tranquila y queda muy cerca la av juarez de restaurantes lo recomendamos ampliamente Las habitaciones muy limpias el servicio en general bueno
