Great place to stay in the heart of Centro Histórico, a few rough edges but if you are on a budget it is a great option and staff are wonderful.

My husband and I differ on our opinion of our stay here. He and I both liked it for the convenience and its proximity to the park (zocalo) and general area, such as close to Starbucks and also The Italian Coffee company. I liked how it was close to many shops to shop at. We were disappointed in the internet at this hotel. We had trouble connecting and staying connected. If you are in a situation where your smart phone didn't work or you had no service and needed wi-fi be aware that this may not be the best place for this reason. I had to run to Starbucks just to contact another family member someplace else through Whatsapp. The place is generally clean and the beds were comfy, I had no idea that they served breakfast here, something that the desk clerk in the small lobby didn't inform me. It is a light breakfast, and so if you are good with a ham and Swiss croissant with coffee--you should be fine. The bathroom was clean, but the towels are a little old/worn and the bathroom lacked floor mats.

The hotel is nice overall, the music concept is very interesting, the only big problem that rooms are not clean. The bed-clothes were covered with some stains and marks and it was just disgusting. The floor was dirty and dusty with shoes marks on it. So don’t have much to say but the stay was a bit spoiled by that

A warning to all Americans. Do NOT stay at this hotel. I booked my stay through *******. They asked for my card upon my arrival, I assumed it was for incidentals. They charged me a second time. When I noticed the charge i confronted management. They said they would call ******* and fix it. I ended up having to call ******* only to find out the hotel never attempted to refund my money. Now I must wait 7 business days for my refund. I budgeted exactly what I needed for this trip and this hotel screwed me over big time. DO NOT STAY HERE. Aside from the double charging, the AC’s don’t work, room service is terrible, and there’s an extremely loud night club across the street that goes hard until 4am. Trust me, just find another hotel.

We had 3 lovely nights in this sweet and unique Andante Hotel. The location is perfect, just a block from the Zocalo, in the heart of the historic district. The rooms were generous, comfortable and clean. The music theme was really appreciated, and since we were in the Bach Room, we took advantage of the record player and stack of vinyl, which made our stay really special. The only drawback was the poor quality of the breakfast. We would love to return to Puebla and the Andante someday, but we would not pay for the breakfast. Much better options in the neighborhood.

A very lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Puebla! The music and art theme are carried throughout the property, with classical music heard everywhere! Finally, background music that isn't head-throbbing! A fine hotel!

The staff are very helpful and the hotel decor is fascinating. The rooms are spacious and there are comfortable places to lounge in the common areas. The coffee and breakfast at the hotel are also very good.
