The hotel is very close to the central square and has a nice and clean lobby and restaurant. However, the contrast between the room and the lobby is quite large, especially in the bathroom. The basin is placed on a piece of glass. When the faucet is turned on, the water flows directly to the glass table and then leaks to the floor. It is simply unusable.

Lobby of hotel and corridors with very low lighting
I had to active card in lobby to open room every single time I got into the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location in the center of Puebla. The facilities are old. The room was dirty and did not smell nice. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard. The rooftop was closed and looked absolutely horrendous. Don’t trust the photos, and don’t stay here

Location is very convenient, zocalo and cathedral walking distance! Parking is 24 hours in service. Only thing I had no face and hand towels in bathroom. Great Hotel!

Excellent for 21 days. Room cleaned well daily great location and restaurant above average. Left my passport and money in safe after checkout. Front desk held it for me and nothing missing. Enjoyed church bells and close location to Zocalo while I did a 3 week language school
