The food isn't bad. But it suffers from the lack of hygiene and mainly the lack of friendliness of the staff. We didn't feel welcome and were left feeling judged. It has been recurring when it comes to serving the Portuguese. Quality-price below average, the food is good but the price is outrageous.

The place is beautiful and very well located. The pillows and mattress leave a lot to be desired. Breakfast is not good at all. Option of toast or croissant, orange juice and coffee. They serve it to you without the option of having a second croissant.

Good location to walk around the town. You can access it by car but you have to park further down in the permitted areas. The room is spacious with good views, and also very clean. The two receptionists we have met have been very kind and friendly.

The location is good, with parking in front. Nice building and comfortable room. They serve the weakest breakfast I've ever seen! I could inform them that they did not have this service and that we would go to one of the cafes in town. The employee's behavior deserved a negative rating, but TripAdvisor doesn't have that option!

We stayed at this establishment despite the high price expecting to find a comfortable room and nothing could be further from the truth. The terrace was dirty and the chairs installed there had not even been cleaned. The bathroom could totally be improved and the breakfast was very limited. The room is very average. The price is one of the highest I have found in Puebla and yet it disappointed me. Clearly we will not repeat.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 4, en la planta baja, una habitación pequeña y agobiante por el mobiliario que contiene: dos camas de 90 cm de ancho (muy cómodas) dos "mesillas", un armario, una nevera pequeña, una mesa con una silla, televisor, radiador y una butaca que roba mucho espacio pese a lo pequeña que es. Además, como estábamos en plena ola de calor y con incendios forestales relativamente cercanos, nos pusieron un ventilador de pie para intentar engañar al calor. El desayuno incluye zumo natural de naranja (¿rebajado con agua?), tostadas, café con leche y una magdalena y un mini cruasán. Pagamos 115 € con desayuno.

El hotel es excelente, el desayuno puede mejorar porque solo ponen un par de tostadas, había banano o naranja de frutas, jugo y café . Sería ideal que tengan más opciones .
