Hotel excellent and staff were amazing. Bedrooms beautifully done, beds so comfortable, super pillows and all the added extras. Toiletries, sun hat, beach bag even pillow spray. Food was very good. Great selection for breakfast hot and cold. Evening meal, starter was a buffet and you could eat as much as you liked. There was a choice for your main and your dessert. All beautifully presented and rather delicious. There was a guitarist and a couple of female singers on three evenings while we were there. All excellent and very classy and low key. Pool area was lovely plenty of beds or seats available. The beach was just across the road if you fancied a dip in the sea. Shuttle bus ran a few days a week into their sister hotel in València which was an added bonus. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

On first impressions this hotel has everything you want. Spa like facilities location right on the beach stunning room and pool. Scratch a little under the service and things are not as they should be. If we were being kind we would say the staff were inexperienced and disorganised but in all reality our customer experience was one of the worst we have ever experienced in 30 years of world wide travel. An advertised bus service into Valencia city that despite trying to book on within the first 10 mins of our arrival for the bus was in fact fully booked (a bus that has 8 seats. The hotel capacity is over 200). I heard front of staff telling other arrivals about the bus when they would have known there was no availability. LONG waits for everything - 40 mins for pool drinks, 90 mins for food, requesting menus up to 5 times. Tension and arguing amongst staff in front of customers is not a good look or feel. No food past 4pm a very limited menu. No snack/24 hour menu and no poolside food offer. Over charged our room account for extras without authorisation with no apology. We raised ALL our concerns with management but there seemed to be no overall general manager present. Despite raising our concerns we were offered no real apology or any gesture or any good will at all and the poor service only got worse. This was not just our experience we could see many many residents experiencing the same as us. In all honesty we wanted to love this place but we cannot recommend it and would not return despite the great beachfront location and hotel decor facilities. It counts for nothing if you can’t get basic customer service levels right.

Amazing stay - hotel was just perfect , best beds and pillows I’ve ever laid on ! nice little touches like it had its own scent , pillow menu! free Beach bag / pillow spray / sun hat / toiletries / tooth brushes / shampoo / shower gel - coffee machine etc all in room. Beach just across the road The food was great , lovely breakfast each morning and the omelette station outside was a lovely touch - roof top bar is lovely in the evenings . Lovely pizza / pasta restaurants & ice cream shops/ tobacconist & pharmacy all round the corner near by and a supermarket just 10 mins walk away . they also have a free shuttle bus into Valencia that drops you to their sister hotel . We had a great stay - we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I will definitely be back

This is an amazing hotel...any complaints I have are totally trivial...it is simply perfect in many ways...perfectly placed...perfectly cleaned...staff awesome...food awesome...room awesome ...local restaurants amazing...beach awesome...service was with a smile...it is clear that the management has done a tremendous job picking the best staff...amazing touches , like a straw hat in the room...umbrella for the beach...we are coming back for sure!

Would highly recommend this hotel, perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. The local area had plenty of lovely little local restaurants and bars to eat and drink in and would recommend exploring those! Most of which in less then a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were approachable, friendly and always willing to help us. The transport into Valencia is ideal and is very punctual. Drops you off in the centre of the city right where you would want to be. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Clean, tidy, great location couldn’t ask for more.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location on the beach and yet just a short taxi ride from the city. One can walk for miles along the boardwalk. The staff are incredibly welcoming, charming, knowledgeable and professional. The junior suites have double balconies with views of the sea and pool.

We booked this trip for a joint birthday celebration and were left extremely disappointed by this hotel. The noise from the upstairs bar kept us up until after 2am both nights resulting in us leaving with three days left on our stay. No further alternative was provided meaning we had to purchase a stay at another hotel. They enforce some pretty ridiculous rules one being if we wanted to leave poolside for lunch, it would mean sacrificing our beds. It is very remote and have little options if not dining/drinking in the hotel. They do have bus runs (once an hour) up to a certain point of the day (and week) with the alternative being expensive taxis to and from the city centre. Overall they lack experience in dealing with customers and didn’t seem too bothered by our departure.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was excellent and your room was cleaned every day. Even if things went wrong, they were resolved immediately by the staff. I never leave reviews, but for this good service I had to. It wasn't just the service, but you can also do everything! You have a gym, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a Beach and a rooftop. Thank you for this beautiful stay! :)

Classy, tranquil and attention to detail. This hotel is the perfect size. Room with pool and ocean view was perfect for us with the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Warm welcoming attentive staff, notably Hugo, Paloma and the whole reception team. Very clean in ever aspect of the hotel. Drinks service poolside is great which has perfect playlist and bose speakers hidden everywhere so its not loud but can be heard nicely wherever you are. No running for sunbeds, everyone is grown up here and at 11am there are still poolside sunbeds available. Sundowners at the rooftop bar with a perfect G&T is a must. Restaurant reservations are limited as to not overwhelm the kitchen during this opening phase of the hotel. Surrounding area has a small selection of typical spanish restaurants but this hotel stands out as the landmark location.
