It’s a boutique hotel with all the basic amenities. Amazing staff members, and great hospitality shown. They do take care of each and every aspect. Positive - Very well maintained , neat and clean. Dining area is equipped with basic facilities and bar counter. It’s open for people from hotel and outside. Good pool area for guests. Hotel does provide parking area besides the road. Rooms are big, well maintained with all amenities that a family can expect. Location of this property is very close / at walking distance from the beach. Food quality and taste is very good. Do appreciate the special request catered by the head chef. Negative - There is no open area / garden or lawn. Not any engagement options for kids. Breakfast buffet has very limited options and main course is predominantly focussed on Italian Non-veg menu. However as we had kids with us and they wanted few things which Chef did assist with on our request. Price is definitely on a higher side as compared to the amenities offered. Overall you will like it, but it is definitely not a luxury property as being mentioned in some of the online portals.

The stay very comfortable and we got a spacious rooms in center of the white town, it was very calm and quite rooms staffs was more courteous with us especially kamali , rizwan and riju very kind and good will definitely come back here again keep up the same work kudos

Extremely warm team. From welcome to thank you good bye, they were prompt and perfect. Room was very spacious, well lit and cozy. Food was the best among so many hotels we have had in, In all our vacations. A well refreshed stay. I will recommend this place for the staff,the amenities and food!

It's wonderful, luxury stay.. easy accessible location nearer to rock beach and excellent service. Exceptional pool experience is very private. Resturant is great and Food quality is awesome.. kids friendly.. Good for family, couple and friends.

Wonderful hotel and Great food. Super spacious and clean rooms with Very courteous staff. Overall great experience. One of the best in Pondicherry. Locationwise also, it's in the middle of white town. Highly recommended. Very close to the beach.

They had the most comfiest beds, the most relax vibes and their food from Mira was really a must try experience. Truly one of the best trips i wont forget and if i had the chance to come back here again I wouldn’t miss it at all. It was a really great experience.

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, then this place deserves that. We walked into this hotel after noticing a peculiar heritage vibe from the outside as well. We walked in to he greeted by Riju with the warmest smile. Mind you, we only came in for an inquiry. We were treated like hotel guests already. Riju was sweet, kind, courteous and patient. Our first experience was at Mira, their in-house restaurant where we were taken care of really well. Murugan ***** with Sathya gave us an impeccable service. Extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Needless to say food was excellent. Coming to the hotel staff, kamali, Ashwili Rizwan and Santosh made sure our check in and check out was seamless. Hospitality was top notch and very professional. Mr. Riju and team gave us the best experience ever. So to say better than a 5 star experience. Probably the best place to stay in Pondicherry. Very commendable to see such impeccable hospitality at its best. Highly recommend to book a stay here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Riju and team for making our stay a memorable one. We now know where to come when we visit Pondicherry

During checkin they make me wait for more half an hour time and didn’t asked me whether I need water or not, also I saw the review online that’s why booked this property but I was not at happy with the overall service. It’s not a value for money, very disappointed .
