The only disappointment is the yoga classes are extra , not included in the stay. Location was excellent , near everything.
Staff can’t speak English was a disappointment.
Worth for solo travelers .

The place itself is good, it is clean and close to down town. the lady at check in was really nice. The young man at the front desk working evening shift was rude and unprofessional with an unpleasant attitude, he was not there most of the time and not explaining when he was going on and off the counter, me and other guest ended up just waiting without knowing when he was coming back, also he does not have a good knowledge of the city.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the beds were the most comfortable I had slept in during my 4 weeks in Chile, thick duvets, massive pillows, curtain for privacy and charging plug. Food was good and location is easy to get to. The staff were great, very easy to chat to the bar and reception staff. There was a DJ one night I was there which was really fun I couldn’t help stay up when I was meant to be hiking up the volcano at 4am. They did forget to make my sandwich for the tour but other than that they were helpful. Very nice interior and plenty of different rooms/spaces to chill or socialise.

I bought a hotel and ended up with a hostel: although I didn't mind that, they shouldn't sell it as a Hotel. In general it is a large 3-story house. Among the positives: - The attention of those who work there is excellent - It is very well located, you can literally walk everywhere and everything is close. - It has a kitchen: therefore, for those who want to save: 👌🏼 - The common spaces are very beautiful - They give 2 complimentary beers upon arrival The negative: - I bought the “hotel” with breakfast and I was disappointed. Very limited, you had to choose a type of bread and they added a tea, a mini cup of fruit and a glass of juice. Minimum a buffet breakfast. - There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom, so it had to be kept closed all the time.

Friendly staff, early check-in and the room was clean and tidy. I found the locker a little small to put suitcases in, but you can store valuables without any problems. Comfortable beds and bedding with air conditioning in the room. Small bathroom but with a hot shower. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely return to stay at Selina.
