We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing.
Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!

The hotel was excellent, made from wood with 10 rooms and a pool. Food and staff were great. My only complaint is that there is a road leading from the main road to Argentina of approx. 5km and it wasn't in the best condition (typical Pucon-like issues).

This place is just magical. As soon as you enter you understand you did the best choice. The place is designed by an architect with great attention to details. Common areas including a small chic restaurant and more are so unique and beautiful. The rooms are amazing, high level of everything from design of furniture to towels, robes, sitting area, rugs etc. everything is just wow! We wish we could stay for longer as this is definitely the best place we stayed in during our entire trip but they had no availability. I suggest booking in advance as the 10 rooms get filled quickly. Special atmosphere, special place we lived and hope we can come back to one day!

Beautifully comfortable and stylish hotel with friendly, well informed and English speaking owners. Delicious fresh food and gorgeous pool to relax in after a long walk. The bed is very comfortable and Yourubd and Apple TV were a treat! The access road is rough but do able in a SUV.

Fantastic, Ni-Newen is a gem. The only down is to make people pay extra for the Jakuzzy, but the place is so well designed that you d barely forgive them.

Terrible location!
Not accessible by car, you need a 4x4 truck to access the hotel. It’s a terrible dirt road. Do not recommend.
