My 2nd time in this 1 star budget hotel but amenities is above 3 star because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), good air-condition, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Welcome drink at reception upon check-in. Parking is free in front, back, or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The only setback staying here encountered some other guest making noise, laughing an talking at their room from 8pm to 1am. Knowing the room wall is thin and yet they does bother others staying there. Even the reception unable to control them. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out.

The price is quite high for such location and room size but anything else is excellent.

Had a good experience. The room is clean. A bit small, limited space to pray for muslim. But amenities are provided. Not sure if iron is provided or not. Check in and check out smooth. Deposit rm50 upon check in. Definitely worth your every penny

Overall the property is clean and quiet. However the location is quite secluded. Basically there’s no amenities like a mini mart of even a restaurant or food stalls nearby unless you drive out.

Location: Place easy to find. Services: Good things is 24 hours reception!! Very important Equipment: Aircon is cold, even though it may be is refurbished. But overalls is clean & neat Prices: Affordable for everyone & really cheap Very recommend!😆

Great hotel with clean and relatively new facilities! Had a good times staying there and would definitely come back to stay again in future if coming to KL again. 👍

Nice hotel, room is spacious and clean. Third time’s staying here ,will stay again later. The staff so friendly and helpful. The area is nice and private.

Best place for me staycation with hubby. We living far and this place are like connecting for us.
