First look is nice. But some part of the wallpaper in the room has came off, the tap for the sink is so loose that I can turn left to right. Plus the sint DON'T have hot water. So far I was still OK with this. But then when I was lying down on the bed I noticed only 2 pillows so I tried to call the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow as their pillow is too soft for me, when I pick up the phone in the room don't work! When inform the front desk, they only reply ”ya the phone don't works some time.” with a I don't care face to me. If u have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

Hair dryer not available , water small presurre , toilet roll not available , slow service , too old building , aircond not service make the whole room hot and with noisy sound

The hotel is connecting with shopping mall & easy to get your meals there or watching movies. The hotel is simple and just nice with my family with a son.

My experience was disappointing to say the least. Despite arriving for check-in at 2:30 PM, it took until 5:30 PM to finally get checked in, leaving me waiting in the lobby like a fool. Additionally, my request for a late check-out the next day was met with minimal flexibility, only extending from the original noon checkout time to 1 PM. The following morning, after enjoying a swim at 11 AM, I found myself locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning room key. Upon complaining at the lobby about the time wasted running back and forth, the customer service representative had ************ to retort, ”We have an emergency call phone in each building; you could have used that to have the key delivered to you.” Am I expected to predict such an issue and trek back to the lobby? Was this information conveyed to us during check-in? It's disappointing that one unhelpful staff member tainted my entire experience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability compel me to leave a negative review. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Fell short of expectations.

I use to stay in this hotel whenever I come business trip. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, the bed is comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable . Most important is my stay is comfortable and I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

Lovely stay at Tenera Hotel, clean room, very friendly staff, the fantastic breakfirst with fish swimming around the pool. Have a good breakfirst with lot of selection. Very spacious breakfirst area and nice coffee. Would recommend this hotel.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

One of the nicest hotels we've both stayed in during our time in Southeast Asia, all the staff are lovely and willing to help whenever it's needed! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Malaysia! It's a bit far from the city centre but a cheap grab can get you there within half an hour!

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below. 1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin. 2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required. Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.

Check in and out was quick. 3 mins . Room is not big but not small either. Decent size. 3 plugs available. Enough light. Toilet I find it abit small. Kinda narrow. Shower will splash out to the sink area easily, toilet floor easily get wet all the time. My only set back of the room is the freaking aircond will take 12 hours to cool down the room. Otherwise it was always feeling warm. Definitely need improvement . Breakfast was decent. Lots of seating area. Good food selection and quality is decent. Pool area is nice. However during my visit, the pool Is packed like a zoo. Couldn’t locate the basement parking. Had to park at the mall outdoor parking. Location is ok, kinda out of the way but it’s my kinda get out of town but not too far away. Fine by me. Hotel is connected to the mall. Nothing much in the mall but have a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant and a playground for kids. Overall, I had a good stay, but I will not return until the aircond situation is over.
