OK as a stopover on the way to Italy. Not really right for that "holiday feeling". Plus points: Clean and new. Breakfast is great, the staff friendly. I find it strange that hotel guests aren't allowed to use the rooftop pool, because I've seen it differently in other hotels. The fact that children aren't allowed on the roof terrace is also rather strange for me personally. Especially because there is a really nice selection of children's toys in the lobby (HABA dolls, new pop-up books, wooden toys...). Somehow that doesn't make sense to me, but hotels that have so many of their own rules are somehow on the rise. Food only at the back, no drinks there, please only order there, children only here and not there.... Once you've understood everything, it's definitely pleasant for the staff. Maybe I'm spoiled. In Tyrol, South Tyrol... it's different. The guest is the main person there. Here, not soooooo.... Location is more like 4-, but it's just quiet at night, right in the middle of a commercial area. For a pure city break in Munich, I would look for something more central and comfortable. It's OK as a stopover. By bus and train you can get to the city in about 40 minutes (if you can catch the bus, it runs every 20 minutes). Now that I understand everything, I might come back.
