由於設施新，房間的衞生狀況一眼看上去很好，但仍未能經得住細究，例如地上還是留有一堆髮絲。小度的一些功能，並沒有其他酒店的“智慧”，發出指令讓它關閉所有燈光後，仍有一些光亮幹擾睡眠，室外空調風機的響聲則是另一幹擾因素。沐浴空間與電動馬桶之間沒有任何牆體阻攔的佈局，讓人感到似乎不太科學，水、電總應分離為佳。總體來説，是還不錯的小型商務酒店。
