很不錯的酒店，每次到普洱都是住這家酒店，服務很不錯，酒店雖然不是很新，但是房間還是很寬敞乾淨的，而且他家還提供免費早餐哦，也挺不錯！價格也不貴。

房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生嘎嘎乾淨，而且管理很好，晚上睡覺很安靜，枕頭尤其舒服，一整晚安睡，服務員很靠譜，有問題找都能耐心回覆，會復購的酒店

這次出行到普洱，一下火車拖着疲憊的身子來到西鳳大酒店，進酒店大門工作人員就笑臉相迎，前台服務員一聲聲禮貌的問候及快速的辦理，讓我很快就可以到房間休息了，沒想到客房服務員也很貼心，衞生更不用説了，那是乾淨得無可挑剔，第二天早上去餐廳用早餐，餐廳大門服務員禮貌打招呼，早餐味道和美麗的餐廳服務員一樣好，品種花樣更不用説了，水果很新鮮，西點花樣也不錯，下次我到普洱一定會選西大鳳酒店。

我這次入住的是雅緻單人間，房間面積很大，可以在裏面小型聚會了😄，環境很不錯，房間飄窗外有風景，不錯，我喜歡😄比較好住。這個大堂根雕還比較少見呢。發現這家酒店以後我就不再去其他地方入住了。

非常滿意，從接火車的師傅到前台接待員，樓層服務的小姐姐，都做的很好，給師傅和兩位小姐姐100分好評，房間乾淨，價格合理，主要是服務態度一級棒！！！房間裏的毛巾也是塑封好的。

酒店很不錯，至少從節假日而言，性價比很高。房間很乾凈，安靜，也是標準星級的標準，帶長者小孩出來，住了三晚，還不錯，出行方便。如果早餐再好一些就更好了。停車很方便。免費停車場很大。

怎麼説呢，這個價位，在普洱有這樣的入住體驗也還算可以了，雖然房間裝修的沒有太豪華，但是早餐還是挺豐富的。總體來説性價比很高。
