Clean, pleasant hotel in a quiet location just a short walk away from a mall with lots of dining and shopping options. Great for a layover. The complimentary coffee sucks, and whatever paid coffee there is is constantly out of commission. Service from the two reception girls was friendly and helpful.

總體來説性價比很高，一共住了四晚。酒店提供自助洗衣機和烘乾機，對外出旅遊的人來説非常方便。工作人員服務態度很不錯，特別是酒店經理扎哈積極為我們解決了幾個入住問題。

看攜程上其它五星酒店的年份都比較久了，圖新開業定了喆啡的套房，房間設施和別的喆啡幾乎一樣，跟攜程備註過又特地跟前台説了床品衞生，沒進房間就吃飯去了，然後入住時還是發現床單臟污。服務員換了床單被套，酒店給房費打了九折（退了三十幾塊錢），這也就罷了。可是早飯太差了，因為是孕婦所以旅行一路以來都很努力的吃飯，在其它小縣城也住過同級別的、甚至更低一些級別的酒店，早飯不論口味喜不喜歡，也都能一碗米線一個煮雞蛋加蔬菜吃到飽，這家喆啡是旅行這麼久以來第一次找不出能吃的東西，可見是有多差。這是在雲南啊，米線都這麼差，雞蛋、稀飯全涼的，有炒菜都是盆子裏被扒剩下的爛糟糟的一點點，水果不知切了多久了糟稀稀的，蒸籠裏唯獨兩個肉包冰涼，醃菜或豆沙包不適合懷孕吃，衹有香菇包，勉強吃下一個路上還鬧胃疼，我可是從來沒孕吐過的。房間含的咖啡也比之前在新疆自駕住過的喆啡差好多，不給加牛奶，紙杯另加錢，瓷杯裝的黑咖啡跟刷鍋水一樣，前台大廳一堆油膩***吸煙，被逼跟着吸二手煙。反正就是很差麼。

普洱主城不大，這家店位置挺好，離老城不遠，周邊有商超，好吃的小店，燒烤，咖啡店，騎共享車，坐車，打車都可以。房間提供掛耳咖啡不錯，早餐東西不算多但還有都有了，米線好吃
