我們一共訂了三個房間，這家酒店非常不誠信，他們酒店客滿，未經我們同意，把我們安排到隔壁酒店，（旁邊換的這家酒店乾華商務酒店）跟我訂的房間差距太大，真的是絕絕子！房間破破爛爛，設施老舊，散發黴味；窗簾是壞的，百葉窗快點下來了，插頭沒電，電視不能用，牆紙翹起來了，衞生間漏水，排風扇壞了，門把手斷掉了，床單的是破的，房間隔音巨差，樓下還有KTV唱歌，離機場近，能聽到飛機的聲音和樓下路人的聲音，連一次性拖鞋都要自己去前台要，房間是沒有的，床墊躺下去就凹進去了……真的是沒有最差，衹有更差！看到這房間就跟酒店老闆溝通，老闆毫無歉意，不滿意就讓我們退單，沒有補償辦法，大晚上我們去哪裡換酒店？！衹能平台投訴，以後加強監管，這種酒店就不能評級，服務意識極差，欺騙消費者！

洗澡水巨好，枕頭也特別舒服，店家人很好，我們把手鍊不小心落在酒店，老闆還幫忙寄回來了，感謝感謝，體驗感很好的酒店 距離茶馬景區滴滴14塊左右就到了 推薦推薦
