During our stay, some of us were not feeling well. Chen Chunluo, the hotel manager on duty that night, escorted us to the hospital immediately, and she paid for the taxi and registration fees by herself. We would not charge her afterwards, saying that she should do it. The front desk staff also helped to comfort, and the hotel's vice president Liu kept sending messages to inquire about the situation. The room is quite new, the windows are large, the environment is good, the flowers entering the door are very beautiful But there are a few experiences for reference only 1 The elevator does not need to swipe the card, so there are drunk people knocking on the door in the middle of the night (knocked for a long time with the dialect that I can't understand), and I was scared to wake up. I called the front desk and the front desk responded that the drunk person went to the wrong room. 2 I don’t like the street because it’s noisy, so I specially asked to live in a room that’s not facing the street. As a result, you guess what is behind the parking lot + car wash. There will be guests coming and going at 8 o’clock in the morning. 3 There will always be dogs barking, and the barking is very sad. It is the kind of screaming that is beaten very badly. Ask the front desk to reply that there is a pet hospital behind it. 4 The room is not soundproof. Unfortunately, I felt that someone quarreled upstairs that day, and I was also scared to wake up. It was accompanied by the sound of furniture. If the above can be accepted, this hotel is still a very good hotel

I often travel outside. Every time I go to a place, I prefer James Coffee. I like the service, atmosphere, facilities, environment, meals of this hotel. The stay is particularly comfortable. The location of the hotel is usually very good and the travel is particularly convenient. Pu'er's James Coffee is simply great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. I upgraded my room type for free, gave breakfast, and sent afternoon tea snacks on the third day. All staff are polite, good service, great! As a hardcore stew powder, I will still choose James Coffee in the future.

This hotel is well suited to provide you with a quite relaxing weekend. It is perfect to experience the cases of clouds in the fall/winter. Unfortunately it is a bit outside of town which requires some efforts to get a taxi but it is not impossible. The small cottages are well designed and very clean. Being located in a tea plantation gives some extract nice experience. On the downside being out of the town pushes you to depend very much on the services provided by the hotel. Breakfast is to expensive given the food diversity and quality provided. The same applies to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The hotel has been equipped with a very nice setup bar but this one is only open in the afternoon but not in the evening. In general the staff are well trained and friendly. In short i recommend the place for a short relaxation weekend

From Yuanyang terraces to Xishuangbanna, passing by Pu'er. Choose this quiet city to stay. Because it was the day I felt settled, the price rose slightly, and it would be cheaper to book in advance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and I like the design style. The hotel has its own parking lot, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the supermarket and food are very convenient. like!

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Location was ok, next to a half open mall, no convenient stores nearby which was a little annoying. All scenic areas are a short taxi journey away, 3-5 km, not more than 15RMB. Breakfast was average, limited fruit selection, coffee was horrid, mostly Chinese food. Staff were very helpful. Tea, coffee, kettle, water and toiletries in the room. Overall definitely worth the stay for a couple of nights as the price is affordable and the tourist attractions are nearby.

I called the owner of the inn more than three times, and he patiently told me how to get there, and waited outside the inn until I drove to the door of the inn. After rambling for a long time, I concluded that the inn is clean and hygienic. It is located in a lively ancient town, but it is very quiet at around nine o'clock in the evening. It is very convenient to drive to the inn.
