We rested at the hotel as a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 4.5 and 7 years. We took a room in the main building for 6 nights. At first we lived on the 2nd floor, the room was good and had everything you needed. Children's robes on request. But the garbage truck started to bother us at 6 am and we were kindly moved to the third floor. I really liked it there, the spa was normal and I didn’t notice the strong smell of bleach. Breakfast is also good, three types of fish, which I liked instead of sausage, boiled pork and tongue. Two types of porridge, hot milk. Breakfasts are repeated every third day. One day there was no sweets, the pastry chef apparently did not count on the guests. But this never happened again. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the embankment, opposite the Pogankin Chamber, the Kremlin is a 10-minute walk. What I would like to recommend is the minimal menu in the main building. And so you order, everyone runs to the wards.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. Our impressions have always been only positive! Excellent, polite staff. Very clean and beautiful rooms. Delicious and varied breakfast food. Separately, I would like to highlight the refectory, beer and coffee chambers. Each dish is a work of art at the most reasonable price!

We were there on the weekend, a family of three, booked a junior suite in the Main Building. We were pleased with the choice: large room, huge bathroom, double sink, comfortable beds, pillow menu. Accessories: capsule coffee maker, tea corner, 2 TVs, bathrobes, slippers, mini refrigerator, safe. The room was perfectly clean and completely soundproofed, so the rest was complete. The price of the room includes a stay in the spa (pool + sauna + hammam). We took advantage of this opportunity and enjoyed and relaxed. Breakfast was very varied. The hotel has several restaurants. We did not get into the refectory chambers, since on weekends it is better to book a table for the evening in advance. We visited the beer chambers and did not regret it - everything was delicious. Summary: The main building of the hotel corresponds to the stated **** and we would like to add one more *. If we are in Pskov again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the end of September 2023 in an apartment building for 2 adults and a child 11 years old. Clean beautiful rooms with modern interior. Very comfortable beds, even the extra folding bed was also very comfortable. There is a choice of pillows, clean linen of good quality. They provide bathrobes and slippers, even the child was given a robe for her age. Everyone has a full set of towels, shower gels, shampoos, balms, body lotions, shower caps, dental kits, combs, shoe sponges. 3 bottles of water for free, mini-card for an additional fee. Water can be collected from coolers in the corridors. There are tea and coffee sets, a kettle and wine glasses. There is a separate room with ironing boards where you can enter using a card from your room. Breakfast has a good selection of dishes; you can order an omelet with a variety of toppings to choose from. There are sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, hummus, tuna, chuka salad and a number of other additional goodies in addition to the usual and varied selection of vegetables, cheeses, sausages and other things. Good selection of fruits. Everything is of very decent quality. The staff is top notch - many thanks to the entire hotel team! We travel often and have something to compare with. Everything here is really very worthy.

This must be taken into account when booking, since depending on the building, the range of services included in the price will be very different - breakfast, swimming pool. Main building - 4*. It is logical that all the “delights” are in it) pay attention to the cafe in the lobby! Delicious coffee and luxurious single-piece sweets - prunes in cognac and chocolate and dried apricots in white wine and chocolate. This time I stayed in the apartments and studios building - 3*. High-quality stylish renovation, the room is “filled with everything you need - minibar, safe, hairdryer, regularly replenished tea set, slippers, bathrobe, comfortable bed, good bed linen, toiletry set - also regularly replenished (there were no cotton pads). Cleaning is good. Nuances: the windows of the room on the ground floor, facing the street, look directly at the sidewalk - all passers-by are yours! If you are placed in one room from a combined two-room suite, then you are, as it were, in a separate room, but your room is separated from another seemingly separate room by a thin interior door, locked with a key. Everything is fine until guests move into another room. Consider that you practically live together - you just can’t see them. After I contacted the reception, the neighbors were asked to be quieter (but they weren’t actually loud, they just put themselves in a separate room), and by putting a pillow on my ear it became possible to fall asleep. Breakfast in the basement. The choice of food is several times smaller than in the main building, but more than sufficient, varied, complete and VERY tasty. Of the nuances - you can order scrambled eggs or an omelet with a large number of ingredients to choose from. Plus - they cook fresh. It’s strange: they cook in a very large frying pan, so the scrambled eggs spread crookedly and their edges burn. Well, in our time it’s strange to see how a cook sprinkles a dish with herbs, grabbing it from a large bowl with his hand without gloves. The hotel is high quality, comfortable, not cheap

My husband and I visited this hotel at the end of December. There were only pleasant impressions left. The staff is friendly, responsive... and everyone, the administrator, the doorman, the spa staff, the maids, the waiters. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a kettle and tea set in the room. Water. Mini bar. Hygienic set. The spa area is excellent, large pool, good baths. It’s a little inconvenient that you need to book a time in advance, but there are no crowds of visitors in the spa area. The restaurant complex is magnificent. The beer halls have excellent pike cutlets. Thank you very much for a great time at your hotel!
