Благодарим за теплый прием администрацию отеля за размещение группы 45 человек во время нашего пребывания с 20 по 22 мая. Мы приехали рано утром, нас заселили сразу же. Номера комнат в хорошем состоянии. На каждом этаже стоят диваны, кулеры с водой, что очень удобно. До центра можно проехать 10-15 минут на общественном транспорте, который останавливается рядом. Также хотим отметить вкусный завтрак в отеле. Еще раз выражаем благодарность администраторам отеля за высокий профессионализм, вежливое и душевное отношение.

Добрый день. Меня зовут Галина. Мы с 29 мая на 30 мая в ночь, проездом в Белоруссию, остановились совершенно случайно в отеле "Балтхаус". К сожалению и к своему стыду, не помню имени администратора, которая на в час ночи нас принимала. Сотрудница открыла нам дверь совершенно с прекрасным настроением и свежим, бодрым видов и приняла нас, как дорогих гостей. Нас было 3 взрослых человека. Я не помню какой мы заняли один номер. Одно очень хорошо помню, что это было очень удобно и комфортно. А на утро прекрасный, вкусный, аппетитный завтрак. По меню можно было выбрать из 4-х предлаемых завтраков. Еще раз благодарю за радушный прием от всей семьи.
